A positive experience
I have only just started dealing with Leasys but so far I have had a positive experience. The only thing I think they could improve slightly is the clarity of their written communications. I have had to call/email them a couple of times for clarification. Having said that the customer support I have then received has been excellent. Edit - although it might say differently this was a prompted review.

I was allowed to swap my original…
I was allowed to swap my original hybrid to a full electric car with no problem at all. I’ve been kept up to date at all progression stages of the deal.its been very straightforward.
The car I chose is absolutely the right on for me. 10/10.

Not had a great experience to date
Not had a great experience to date, I have signed the credit agreement 4 times, had issues with delivery having to wait weeks for a car that was in stock. I am now over 3 months into the contract and you haven’t taken any payments from me. I have had to chase you to request the payments were taken. My car is still not registered to me so I am unable to use the app so cannot use some of the features that should be available to me. On the plus side the car is great.
The service to date has been terrible, I don’t usually complain but I feel under the circumstances I have no choice.

Misleading information about delivery times
Kept in the dark about reasons for delays
Took days off work on 2 occasions to wait for a car that didn't come
Sent information about a delivery to me of the wrong car
Driver couldn't call me on the delivery day because no one gave him my number
Rejected a £30 offer of compensation & still waiting to hear from customer services
The one star is because the car is really nice

A positive lease experience from start to finish.
I’ve leased a new electric van with Leasys and was very happy the entire contract.
I know you read some reviews about negative things when cars/vans get collected but in my experience the entire process was good and had no issues. I looked after my van so had no charges however if I had any then I knew they would be fair because they are part of the BVRLA which sets the standards for vehicle inspections at the end of the contract.
I also had the option to buy the van and the price was very good however the van was a little bit small for my growing business so had to upgrade to a bigger one.
Also I found the staff on the phone or email always polite, friendly and helpful.
I am a gas engineer so used the van daily.
I would highly recommend their business.

Shop around - not good so far
Early in my lease but emails aren’t answered quickly and the first payment due doesn’t match the agreement, it doesn’t inspire confidence going forward. No phone number either.
** Update 24 Jul. Still not sorted and they took the incorrect payment even though I had pointed this out in plenty of time. So far I’ve had the same incorrect invoice re-sent, another invoice which was also wrong, and for an even higher amount, and then an email telling me I had been sent correcting emails and the amount they said they owed was also incorrect - I haven’t been sent correcting emails and I’m still waiting for a reply to my email on Monday (now Fri PM). Big issue seems to be that emails aren’t read properly, the history of the case isn’t looked at, so replies don’t make sense. I haven’t had a reply from the same person yet. Please assign to a single manager who will take this on.
