I have lots of LED Lenser products and for the first time ever one went wrong they had it swapped for a brand new one under warranty in no time.

Over a week of email communications, and patience from her side, it became clear that I needed to fill in a warranty claim. Following this she promptly arrange to replace the torch.She was very friendly and professional in guiding me through the process. I am an avid fan of the company and own 5 of its torches. The customer service from Faiza was equally good.So the company has excellent torches backed up by excellent support service staff such as Faiza.

Immediately I assembled my torch (admittedly with some apprehension about whether or not it would work) and to my delight, it worked immediately.
So in conclusion, my battery cage became faulty (no idea why) and you have sorted me out under warranty.

5 year old torch stopped working and Ledlenser were both very fast in organising return of torch and then sending me a replacement for free. Great communication and great customer service. The torches are brilliant too.

Bought a torch from Ledlenser for work which became defective, I had forgotten to register for the warranty, but this was no problem there customer service team helped me ever step of the way, from sending out replacement parts to replacing the whole torch.
Excellent customer service from Faiza. The product it self is great for work too!

Only had the torch a year but the push switch did not work. I had registered the P3 core ,something I normally would not have bothered . Anyway posted it off and it was replaced by the new P3. So good service.
Should have registered my old P3 as it flickers and goes out

Have H8R, used everyday for a few years
Fantastic worklight
Had an issue with it not turning on or off, these things happen.
Contacted Ledlenser, just needed purchase date, issue and to return for inspection(minus the battery).
Warranty confirmed and replacement received a couple of days later.

Purchased a head torch about a year ago from Amazon but unfortunately it packed up on me as Ledlenser it's a good touch, I thought there was no need to to fill out the warranty form as they did last but on this occasion so I rang the company and explain what happened I was amazed by them, telling me to return it, and we will send a new one free of charge. Okay, it cost me £10 to return the old one, but I did three days, a new one arrived what amazing service

A small but vital part of my X21R2 torch, purchased in 2015, broke, leaving the torch working, but difficult to operate. Knowing the torch was well out of warranty, I contacted LED Lenser customer services to ask if they could put me in touch with a repair centre. By way of a response, I was offered a replacement LED torch head free of charge. Replacement part arrived in super quick time, safely and securely packaged. This torch has been used pretty much every day for the past ten years. With products this durable and customer service this good, why would you buy any other brand of torch
