What a company, I sent an e mail asking about a rubber bumper off my P21r torch. I was told that they were not sold separately but they had a spare one which they would post to me free of charge. I know my torch was expensive but this service goes far and beyond what you would expect. 5 stars all round and a special thank-you to Faiza who couldn't do enough for me. Great company.

Had a problem with my p21r torch, contacted led lenser, had faulty battery. They sent replacement.
Whole experience only took few days. Customer service is so helpful and efficient.
If you wanna torch, buy led lenser.

Ledlenser Customer services are always top notch and many companies could learn from them.
the product might not be the brightist/dimist/lasting longest or shortest/ or whatever?
But any issues it's always sorted the quickist!
And that speaks volumes with me.
As just had a warranty issue (electrical gremlin!)
Got email to return sent it and get emails to follow up.
Just rang to confirm received but said warehouse hasn't updated yet.
So Caroline said give me the reference number of signed for so checked it and said will post one out.
Few minutes later have email saying confirmed sorted and sending.
10 star service.

What an amazing product, but unfortunately my Ledlenser P7R torch stopped working. Since I already had a two-year warranty and applied for the seven-year warranty, I reached out to them. I sent Ledlenser UK an email with some photos and a detailed explanation, and they responded very quickly. They resolved the issue in less than three days by sending me a new replacement torch, and then they provided a label to send the old torch back. Everyone was very friendly, polite, and professional. I believe this was one of the best and the fastest customer supports that I ever experienced in my life.

The issue with my iH9R head torch was resolved very quickly and professionally. The main light had stopped working after about 4 years and Ledlenser replaced the whole package as I always take out the 7 year warranty on their products. I am still using some of their silver torches I purchased in 2007. I really like their products and service attitude. SPB

We have been using the LedLenser rechargeable searchlights (P21R) since 2014 excellent quality and good customer service from LedLenser UK when we recently had issues with one.

I'm an ardent fan of Ledlenser torches, I have bought 7 or 8 of them over the years and have used them, and still do, in my professional capacity as an asbestos surveyor and now bat ecologist. They are superb quality and I have no inclination to use any other manufacturer. I had to contact customer support recently regarding one of my torches and the issue was resolved quickly, professionally and without any fuss. I could not be more pleased. Thank you.

The response to my warranty query was answered very quickly and the issue was resolved. The customer service was excellent as I hoped it would be from a top brand.

I have a torch that is well in excess of 10 years old. The batteries leaked and damaged the torch. I sought help and the customer service people responded immediately with advice as to how to get the unit working again, or an offer of a new battery pack containing the electronics. The cleanup option worked perfectly but the new components are a useful backup. Great customer service all round

Now that I have this LED figured out it is most useful. It sits on my keyring and it is most useful.

The headband on my headtorch started to get loose and all adjustment had been used up. I contacted Ledlenser and with no questions asked, they offered to replace the item immediately. I can highly recommend Ledlenser their customer service is excellent. Their product is superb. I think that I was just unlucky. I work in a most un hospitable environment with a saturated salty atmosphere the light has never failed me and the headband started to perish after nearly 2 years of constant use. What wouldn't?

The product appears to be high quality at purchase but my experience shows that it is far from that. Cracked battery holders (admittedly replaced under warranty - then broke again!) Finally the led’s gave up. No replacement available on the website, so sadly a write off. And this isn’t just one torch. Experiences of family and friends are similar.
Most people will remember buying a cheap torch from Wilko’s or Woolies and finding it lasted reliably for decades. Sadly, those days appear to be long gone, even with a product that costs a not significant amount.

I got in touch with Ledlenser as my head touch decided to stop work. They responded very quickly to my email and was very helpful with tips to try first, I tried everything they asked of me and narrowed it down to the battery box was faulty, they then responded back with an order being sent out to me with a new replacement battery box and battery.
As soon as it arrived I wasted no time on fitting the touch all back together with the new parts and was very happy to say I am now back up and running as I’m a night worker

Kidbeam4 torch, awful, just stopped working after little use but just outside of warranty.
Purchased on 3rd november 2023 through Amazon and as only used for May 2024 Campng (batteries were taken out). Went to use in november 2025 and it didnt work. Very irritating as it was given as a Christmas present in Dec 2023 but of course the warranty of 2 years has expired. Not even used that much but needs to work when it is needed. They're not inexpensive for a kids torch but thought quality, unfortunately not.

I have a number of LED lenser Torches in the house, they're a go to and never had an issue but this one was disappointing

Easy warranty returns process, assessed very quickly and replacement item shipped within a couple of days. Very happy with Ledlenser customer service!
