I recently purchased a suitcase from Lexington Luggage. I made a mistake in my details when purchasing and emailed them. Despite it being a weekend, within the hour they replied and solved my problem. I was really blown away by how helpful and courteous they are. Added to this that they had the best price around, I strongly recommend their store and it will be my first choice to shop with going forward.

The customer service here is great! I had a small hiccup with shipping and the customer service team was super quick to address and respond. I received my bag yesterday and it’s beautiful and seems durable. I can’t wait to try it out. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again. Thanks!

I recently bought luggage online here. I had bought what I thought was a matched set, but it wasn’t. They called me to verify if I wanted the matching set or the 2 that were just a little different. What amazing customer service. 5 stars all the way.

I am so impressed with the customer service at Lexington Luggage. This, in itself, will keep me coming back! We bought a large rolling duffel, on the recommendation of a friend, and the handle snapped on our second use. 4 days before Christmas!!
We call LL and they found a replacement and sent it overnight to us, no charge! It’s nice to work with a company that stands by its product. We are so grateful.

I found the item I wanted and at a better price than other places. The process was easy and efficient. I have already received my confirmation and delivery info.

Been waiting MONTHS for my promised refund. Returned a Kipling rolling duffel via UPS Feb. 18 2020. Order #2338. Paid with Mastercard. I called company on March 27 and was told to give it 7-10 days to be credited.Still waiting.

Very fast shipping, Excellent service. Unfortunately, I found the bag was a bit larger than I anticipated. Lyle S. gave me a return authorization to send the bag back. Since their store was closed due to the Coronavirus situation in New York City, they weren’t able to receive packages. I was asked to hold on to it until they could receive packages again, while being assured that the return deadline would be extended for as long as needed. Within a week, Lexington Luggage had set up a location away from the city to take returns and Lyle contacted me to advise me that I could return my item. I returned the package and was refunded within 24 hours of them receiving the package. A+ service. I would definitely recommend Lexington Luggage and look forward to doing business with them again!
