Lexington luggage hasthe lowest prices, they beat Amazon + no sales tax outside of NY. I bought a Travel Pro 26” suited from Amazon and then I saw Lexington price which was a total $28.00 cheaper + free shipping Also had a problem with the combination lock. I called them and they e-mailed me a return label.Sent the luggage back to them and 2 days later it was fixed Great service. JG

Excellent experience. Luggage was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I was shipped free directly from the manufacturer, so it was just like I had ordered it from the manufacturer, except it was $90 cheaper from Lexington Luggage.

While the bag I ordered was what was shipped it proved too small for my needs. I tried it first and that was apparently my mistake. "Once used no returns" So Customer satisfaction is not a priority with this company.

We are sorry that after your 3rd trip using the bag, as per your contact, you felt that the bag was too small for your needs. Unfortunately, as clearly stated in our return policy, once an item is used, and traveled with, the item is no longer eligible for a return. If the bag was still new and unused, we would have had no issues accepting it back for a return or an exchange.

I bought my first piece of luggage from LL in the 70s when I used to travel to NYC. They have never disappointed!! Very easy to deal with and great quality products.
