Crooks. Did not issue a refund promptly despite receiving the returned part two weeks prior. I had to follow up on the refund before they would issue.

Website is inaccurate with parts it told me the parts I highlighted fit the side that it didnt, only found this out on delivery then they charged me a 20% restock fee $37+ shipping costs out of my pocket, just to put it back on a shelf. They wouldnt work with me on it to get me an actual pair or the restock fee waived or adjusted. They sent me 2 same side ball joints as apparently they dont have a pair. Contacted their chat support this clown michael joined with an attitude and continued to glaze over what i wrote, arrogantly, Then disconnected me with a tantrum. Will file a chargeback and never use this site again. Will make my voice heard also so these scammers will be exposed. DO NOT USE THEM!

Terrible, company. Very slow response times to questions. Their return policy doesn't make any sense. I ordered a part and opened the package to see if it was the correct part. It was not. They won't take it back because the bar code is ripped. The bar code sticker is used to tape the package closed. How else are you supposed to open the package?

Parts were shipped in a timely manner

LexusPartsNow shipped me a different color part as the color ordered is no longer available. Fine, but LPN still charged me the higher price for the special color. I called them to report and was advised to file for a partial refund online. Did so and was denied.Part works fine and delivery went well. Yet, there's a caution on ordering from LPN again as they don't understand basic rules of commerce.

I ordered a transaxel seal. It was supposed to arrived within 5 days. It took 2 weeks. I saw it stuck in shipping (via tracking) for days and called to cancel. They said it would ship that day. It never shipped for 2 days and never arrived for 5 more days. By then, I had driven an hour to the Lexus dealer, got the part and had it installed--I could not be held hostage by their inability to ship product. Their customer service acknowledged it was their fault, but still required I pay for return shipping (I already paid $8+ for it to arrive--late) and a 20% restocking fee--unopened. It would cost me more to return it than to keep it. It was not worth the time to keep refuting--So I paid for their screw up for a part that I could not use? I cannot order from this place again.

Good price on product. Due to the shipping time, it is not practical to get all your parts this way, but good for parts that you can participate using our maintenance or service. You can certainly save some money this way on getting the OEM parts.

Good quality, factory fit and finish

I got the right part. It was a quality part.

I had to replace the Lexus rear emergency shoes on a 2010 Lexus 350. It turned out the 4 shoes had 3 part numbers. I bought 2 sets of shoes that did not fit. So I had to get the shoes from a dealer. The shoes were about $20 less than if I had gone directly and fit perfectly.
