Kieth branch looked after the repair of my car. The service was excellent. I was loaned a courtesy car while it was in for its repair. Now I have received it back repaired and sparkling clean inside and out. Thank you so much to all at the Keith branch for keeping well informed. I was greeted, treated with courtesy and grace.

My car is my pride and joy and when we had the accident I was properly upset as I never thought it would ever be the same again. Right from the very moment I was contacted by L&I Eaton I was impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. They arranged for collection and said they would send updates as and when anything changed. True to their word they kept us up to date. We had booked the car into airport parking for our holiday 2 weeks later and asked them if it could be ready in time, they said they would try but could not guarantee but make every effort. They managed to get my car back in time and on inspection you would never know it had been involved in an accident. I would highly recommend using this repairer if you ever have the unfortunate need to have your car repaired.

I had a front end repair done to my car nearly a year ago and recently noticed the outside temperature sensor was giving false readings. I got in touch with L and I Eaton who collected my car and fixed it at no extra cost within a matter of days. I have to say that Chloe, Caroline and all the staff involved were absolutely fantastic. Had to get my mobility car repaired after someone reversed into me & my car was taken to L & I Eaton in Edinburgh. The garage staff were so nice & friendly & kept me updated on the repair process of my car. The staff I spoke to on the phone were so lovely I can’t thank them enough. Totally recommend this garage

Absolutely brilliant company in Keith, 2 guys who.dropped of the courtesy car were super friendly and polite explained everything to me, showed me everything I needed to no in the courtesy car incase i was unsure. Then the girls in the office when I called were polite and offered great customer service,nothing was to much hassle for them. I was kept up to date with the progress of my vehicles repairs. Then the return of my car was great I recieved a video of the full car and the repair carried out, which i was delighted with and the repair was done to a VERY high standard. Again the two men who dropped the car off were lovely and explained everything to me. I then recieved a call to make sure i was happy with the work carried out by the company and i was. I'd highly recommend them for any vehicle repairs.

My car was scraped by a Lorry which fled the scene. Direct Line were very efficient and Eaton's sorted a date etc quickly that fitted with my commitments. Car in Friday back Wednesday morning (weekend included a Bank Holiday!). Ladies in the office were welcoming and efficient and I cannot express my appreciation for their efforts and those of the service team. Courtesy car was adequate for the few days albeit my huge son and grandson couldn't fit into it 8-) Immaculate work and now a happy bunny as prefer my car 8-) Thank you all.

Excellent service from start to finish !

From start to finish, the service I received was faultless. They went above and beyond to make sure I was kept up to date and that the work was carried out quickly. Having my car returned to me in immaculate condition was an added bonus. Everyone I spoke couldn't have been nicer. Excellent in every aspect.

After i was backed into my insurance company ref me to yourselves and i made the following observations.
1. All the arrangements were taken care off without any hassles by yourselves.
2. Pick up and return went smoothly on time and without any problems.
3. The driver, Simon was so helpful and went beyond anything i expected..... A DEF ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY.
4. The work was spotless and you cant even tell anything was damaged.
5. The car was returned valeted to an incredible degree.

Excellent service throughout with great communication from start to finish. Vehicle was collected from my home and delivered back after repairs were completed. I was kept up to date throughout and collection/delivery time of vehicle was agreed over the phone. Highly recommended.
