SCAM

SCAM! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THIEVES!
Placed an order on Sept 19, 2018...over 6 months ago. They took my money and ran!
Unbelievable! Emailed with them and they explained they were behind on their orders. Told me to be patient and I should be receiving my order in a couple months! NOTHING YET. Tried to email them again and now they are invisible! No website, no email, nothing. There's no way to communicate with these people.
Karma will get them.

I placed an order in July/18 and I have still not received it..it's now Feb/19 and they will not email me back after several attempts..very disappointed I paid $178 Canadian..might not be much to them bit Im out the money and the product

Received 2 separate orders... takes a loooong time

Have ordered two signs. It took an incredibly long time to have them delivered. First order was ordered to Canada, and yes, had to pay international fee once arrived. Had second one delivered directly to recipient in USA, they received their sign, but was offered a bonus sign when I ordered, and it was never received. Have been trying to contact, but no response. Probably still busy trying to fill all the other customized signs. 5 star for quality, no stars for customer service.

WORST COMPANY EVER

Worst company ordered in July for a present for a friend in August....still haven't seen it and it's December. Was getting emails and was offered a free necklace for my troubles..guess what....still nothing now they won't respond. NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. $80 GONE 😠😠😠

Placed an order September 26/18, they took my money the same day. Now Dec 20/18, I have had several responces from "support" but still no product. The last inquirey I sent as to when I would recieve my order, the response was "Hey, it takes 2-3 weeks to ship an order". I ordered the product in good faith, for a Christmas gift. The company took my money. Unless I get a beautiful product and soon, I will forever bad mouth this company. Remember, one negative review is worse than 10 positive ones

Absolute worst company and scam ever

Absolute worst company and scam ever! And now hiding! Doesn't matter how many emails I have sent regarding my 4 month old order which I have verification of paying for, there has not been 1 response. Changing Facebook page, changing website, making excuses. So happy I took all the info and screen shots of all customer complaints to Our RCMP detachment to have looked into :) yeah the fraud unit is investigated! I hope this guy gets buried! Visa is even tracking now and investigating the fraudulent charges he has made to customers WITHOUT delivering product!!

I ordered a sign on August 12th, received wrong order in November

I ordered a sign on August 12th. A month later I had not received my order. I made an inquiry and was told all orders were in production however they were behind schedule. I waited and at the end of October made another inquiry. Finally two weeks ago, received a parcel. It was not my order. I have sent four emails and have not received a reply. The name on the sign was "Cuthill" so anyone out there who placed this order, contact me as I have it. Beyond disappointed with this company.

I'm still waiting to hear from someone in regards to my order. I have contacted visa to ask for them to look into this now as i believe this company is scamming people. You order and must pay in advance and then 3 months later I still have nothing. The company responded to emails twice saying my order was almost finished......but 4-6 weeks delivery is now 3 months and nothing. SCAM

DAMAGED, DO NOT ORDER

ARRIVED AFTER 3 MONTHS, DAMAGED, NO CONTACT NUMBER NO EMAIL RESPONSE AND FEDEX WILL NOT GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION EITHER. DO NOT ORDER!!!!

This company is a farce!!!!

This company is a farce!!!!! Ordered two large signs in July!!!! Still have not received despite several emails assuring me they were coming. Apologized for delay and offered lame excuses but no refund!!!!
So I demanded I refund. Received some cryptic email offering a refund in three days - it has been 10 and nothing. Not even sure it is from them it is so cryptic!!!
So went to another metal sign manufacturer and ordered and received my TWO signs in just 10 days!!!
Lifengraved is a s*^# show. They lie in their emails and keep you on the hook with pleasantries but they are horrible and offer nothing really and so far have produced neither my signs nor my refund!!!!!

Ordered a large sign in MAY 2018. Mid NOV and nothing but emails saying its "coming"
6 MONTHS!!!!!
was to be gift so now Im out $$ and the time to order for Christmas delivery from a REPUTABLE company!!!!

I ordered in July/August and received my order early November. I had some communication from them after I emailed my concern about the delay and they reassured me that my item was coming. They said that they have been incredibly busy with orders world-wide. I would say your orders are coming.

RIPPED OFF

RIPPED OFF! Ordered 2 plaques - was shipped one , never received the 2nd one but was charged. They have never responded to a single email trying to straighten this out.

Don't waste your money

Ordered Sept 7, they said 2-4 weeks, I still have nothing. There is no way to communicate with them as they shut down the messaging and website. So looks like I am out the money. DO NOT TRUST. Contact your bank, I received a refund through my credit card. You have 100 days to file a claim.

There should be a row of negative stars for this company. I contacted their customer service prior to placing my order in June to make sure that if I did order it would arrive at the end of July as it was a wedding gift. I was assured it would so placed my order. Two weeks later I was notified via email that my order was being prepared for shipping, then another a few days later to say it had shipped. When I received notification that my order had been delivered I contacted them as it had not. I discovered that production had not even started, that they had staffing issues and was asked to remain patient. After some back and forth via email they then assured me that I would receive my order within 5 days. It wouldn't be here for the wedding but I figured the week after was still acceptable. NOT THE CASE.
Since the beginning of August until now (end of October) I have requested many many times a refund as I had to go and purchase another gift, these requests have been totally ignored. Upon further investigation I found on their Facebook page that I am just one of hundreds of people that are in the same position.

So today my order finally (after over 4 months) turned up, only to find that I have to pay import and duties before it will be released.

While the items look nice they are definitely not worth the money or the wait. Save your money and shop elsewhere!!
