No hope of order coming in
I ordered on July 19th. Got an email on August 18th saying I should have gotten it, I hadn’t and emailed them to check in. In August 24th I was told it would be out the next week. On September 5th I emailed again because I still hadn’t gotten it. I was told they have a 2 to 4 week lead time, but when I advised them that we were at 7 weeks and if it hadn’t been started perhaps it was best to refund me, instead this is the email I got from the “owner”

I've checked into your order and it looks like you ordered on July 19th. I do know how concerned you are... you're asking yourself why an order would take over a month right?
We started on June 8th, 2018 and we started to do massive volume of orders and in order for us to get our PROCESSES down we had to advertise an average lead time of 2-4 weeks. That's AVERAGE. Some customers orders have take taken 1-2 weeks, 2-4 weeks, 4-6 weeks, or 6-8 weeks. It's just the beginning of our production system at this time.
We have not wronged anybody, we have not stolen from anybody and we have not done a single thing wrong.
Have orders taken a long time to get to customers?
YES, they have but this has only been temporary. It's taken time and that's quite normal. The industry standard for metal engravings in volume of this sort is 4-6 WEEKS - it is very very normal to have had customers wait this long and the reason why it seems like we are scamming people and conducting fraudulent activity is because of people like YOU who have nothing better to do then complain every single day.
We advertise ALL OVER our website regarding our lead time and our shipping process. We even have it on ALL of our product pages in the description so that customers can see it.
Do we remove Facebook posts and comments that are negative about us? Yes, we do because that doesn't do anything aside from cause more drama in the end right?
I've went ahead and put your order on rush so that it gets shipped out within the next couple days, okay?
I would not recommend ordering from this company as this response is pretty bad and I really have no hope of getting the order

ANY REVIEWS THAT SAY OTHERWISE ARE FAKE. I HAVE FOUND SO MANY THREADS ABOUT THEIR SCAMS, THEY TRY DELETING EVERYTHING THEY CAN BUT THEY'RE MAJOR SCAMMERS. BEWARE EVERYONE!!!

No product, bad customer service
Hah! I looks like my experience is pretty standard based on the reviews here. I wish I googled the reviews before placing my order - because I never would have ordered. It's been almost 6 weeks and my order hasn't shipped. I'm getting the same, robotic, generic responses with every follow up. I have asked for a refund and they are not providing that, so I posted a comment on their Facebook and was quickly blocked. At least they can't control content on a media such as this. I 100% would not recommend. I think they outsource their customer service overseas as well, not that its makes a difference in the crap customer service. Save your money, buy local if you can find a metal worker.
Edit: It’s now been almost 10 weeks since my initial order. Lifengraved will not respond to my emails or Facebook messages. I still have not received product, but miraculously am still receiving their spam encouraging me to purchase more of their phantom product! Hah!

My experience
My experience: I placed my order on June 27th, and received my product on August 28th. This, in itself was acceptable to me, as I had enquired in mid July, and received a lovely response from " Ellah" explaining that this was a brand new start-up company, and I understand the growing pains which can transpire.
The friction I experienced was a short, terse, very defensive, customer unfriendly response I received from an email I sent regarding the fact that I had only just moved, and the delivery address required changing.Could they help?
It would have been a five stars perfect for me, had the response been customer-centric. The owner of the company contacted me, and executed an acceptable recovery. I expect that this has been addressed with the initial sender, and that no other customer will experience this type of Customer Experience Failure.
The product itself is absolutely FABULOUS! Beautifully made, and perfect in every way. I am happy to say that it has EXCEEDED my expectations!
Great Customer Experience will make LifeEngraved highly successful!

Everybody is named Mark Brown and he never delivers. I guess we lost our money.
We ordered july 2nd. We followed up 3 weeks later, they said it was ready to ship that week. Never got it.
Again this week, we followed up and got the same copy-paste answer: we admire the patience you have shown / I understand your concern. But we make sure that we will be shipping your order within this week. / But I promise we will keep your order as first priorty and make sure to be shipped this week...
... blah blah creating an unique piece of art blah blah backed up with all the orders blah blah it will ship this week and it takes between 4-6 weeks to get it blah blah.... Oh, and everybody is named Mark Brown :-/
I guess we lost 100$.

Do not ever give your money to this company. The only thing you will get from them is a bunch of apologies for the length of time you order is taking and how busy they are and how they are working to make things better. Apparently my order was ready to be shipped on July 23.......still waiting for it.

Have sent many emails asking where my product is, now they have sent an email asking for payment via credit card as PayPal have not paid them and once I pay via CC they will have PayPal refund me. SCAM! Now they have cancelled my order and Im out of pocket. This company is no longer allowing Reviews on their FB page either. BEWARE!!
