Just received my product today,ordered in July it's now October ,other than the long wait I am totally happy with product...

I received my 2 items this week. To say they were worth the wait is an understatement. They are more than o expected. I am so excited to give them to my son and daughter in law for their birthdays. Thanks

Happy......but
I placed an order early in July. After NO contact from the company, I emailed three times in Sept and finally received a response after I "cancelled" the order in the final email. My item was promised shortly and true enough, I did receive it in early Oct.
I am happy with the product but communication between vendor and client clearly needs to be improved!

We love our new sign for our cottage. My husband is hard to impress and he raves about it. It took a while to arrive because they are hand made but it was worth the wait.

I ordered two items in July of this year. It is now October and I received the first one today. I have sent numerous emails to the company, and whilst I had replies, there was no known date that they could give me for delivery of my orders. I now understand that it is a new company. However, they must have known that they would be well received and get a lot of orders, but they obviously didn't take that into account. They must have disappointed a lot of potential customers. I am still waiting for my second order, placed one week after my first. I am very disappointed with the whole process. Having said that the first order that I received was exactly what I wanted and I am very happy with it. I just hope that my second order will arrive very soon.

Product arrived well wrapped and undamaged, looks fantastic and looks expensive. My only reservation would be the waiting time, it did take quite a while to receive so maybe take that into consideration before ordering.
Overall extremely happy :)

Delivery date was extended a few times but i was kept informed all the way , item finaly arrived and i was extremely pleased

The actual product received is great - just what was promised. However, the turnaround time promised was 2-4 weeks but it actually took 3 months to arrive! I followed up regularly with emails requesting an update on progress but only got a reply 25% of the time with a standard response again telling me that it was a 2-4 week turnaround. I was beginning to wonder if I'd ever receive the product! Better customer service and communication would have made the process so much better. Just happy that the outcome was worth it - great product!

Great item, took a long time to arrive..

Really like the product,.... when I received it . Ordered it on the 13th June and got it 4th October.
Four months is not good enough. Correspondence was pretty ordinary as well.

This company advertises a 2-4 week turn over for their product, it took them 2 1/2 months to get me my order. It took multiple e-mails (one regarding an apparent accidental e-mail stating that it had been delivered), multiple facebook messages, and several phone calls that only gave me busy signals. I was starting to think this company was a fraud. I did finally receive my order and the quality is nice, but a heads up that they are super backed up with orders would have been nice. In the e-mails they told me the average time frame but failed to tell me they would be running late with the order.

I received email stating you are way behind on orders ! I'm thinking it's not coming at all. I'm hoping you prove me wrong

Had to wait to long for my purchase. Slow in getting back to me-very frustrating.

I ordered 3 split letters that were supposed to be 12x12 but only measure 10x7.25 at there widest spot. They also advertised 2-4 weeks and the order would be shipped, but it took over 2 and a half months to get it. I'm not impressed to say the least. These are very expensive. Probably could have had something made locally for a lot less.

The product is very beautiful. I am very pleased with it.
However it took 10 weeks (I was told that it would be 2) to get it and I was left hanging with very little response to my inquiries as to what was going on and where the product that I had already payed for was.

The product I received is flimsier than I expected however it does look good. The three to four weeks delivery promise is more like 3 to 4 months. I ordered a solit initial name plate for a wedding that happened three months ago and I am just receiving the product now. Contact with the company was horrendous as I asked for a refund on three different occasions and was told that I would receive the product within one week. They lied to me every single time as it took a total of 4 months!!! Don't waste your time or money.
