Delayed arrival and damaged product
The wait time quoted and when the product was received was completely unacceptable, 11 days shy of 3 months!!! Ordered on July 13th and received it this morning on October 2nd. Even though it advertised 4-6 week delivery! And once the product was received it was dented. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Item is nice but not great for the money paid. The delivery took a really long time, although an apology was emailed after it was received - it would have been nice to have communication before it arrived so late.

This was my first time ordering from Lifengraved. I’ll be honest, I didn’t read all of the disclosures. My bad. It took almost 3 months before my order arrived. The phone number given on website was busy constantly.
I called the phone number on my bank account of product being paid. This man was nice and told me they were a new company & behind in orders. I’m hoping in the future things will be better for this young company.

Too long to get order, about 17 weeks, package was damaged. Was not advised I would have to pay another 28.00 dollars duty.

My Order hasn't hit their timing...yet
Ok....I'm have not been waiting as long as others for their orders...however, I wanted to check their web-site for another order....and the store is no longer there!! Is it out of business? Just down while they catch up? (Based on the reviews). I emailed their customer service and have not gotten a response. Should I be worried?

Whilst I have had to wait months for this item, when it did arrive this week I have to say that it is excellent. My daughter and her husband will love it. It’s a name plate for their barge on the Thames.

As i have not yet received either of…
As i have not yet received either of the orders I have made I am nit in a position to write a review. I am disappointed that my request for information regarding the status of my first order has not been answered. I emailed my enquiry almost two weeks ago as the order was for a birthday gift. No reply has been forthcoming. I am at the stage if I don't receive some information I will request that the two orders be cancelled. This is a last resort as I was really impressed with the product.

Placed order July 20th and still waiting to receive it! Multiple inquiries have ended with the same results. It is a work of art and sometimes takes longer than 4 weeks. I would just like an update as to where it is in the grand scheme of things. Not happy.... this was to be an Anniversary gift for my daughter and husband.in August.

Our lead time has been 2-4 weeks on average and your order was placed a little over 4 weeks ago. In some cases, the lead time does pass the 2-4 weeks and in your case it did but that does not mean your order is not getting shipped.
If you had requested a refund and haven't received a response, I apologize for that but just to let you know our 100% guarantee applies to within 30 days after you receive your order. We can't issue a refund while an order is in processing.

Bad up front service
I placed my order August 5 and have not yet received it. Sept 16. When placing the order, I received NO confirmation that the order was placed. After emailing numerous times and getting no response, I tried emessaging and got a response that the product was shipping within a few days. When NO notification of shipping, I emessaged again and got a response that they had new staff, were a new company, etc.
I can’t review the product as I haven’t received it but the service up to now has been crappy... if they would just keep the lines of communication open, I don’t mind waiting...

It’s been 6 weeks and still not here. No communication on their end. When I did message they told me to be patient. Well I’ve about run out of patience. I’m about ready to cancel completely. There’s other companies do the same thing.

Absolutely loved the item
Absolutely loved the item. It's gorgeous, well made & looks stunning on my front door. Be prepared to wait though. From day of order it took 8 weeks to get to me (I am in Australia)... but it was worth the wait. Very happy.

Thanks for the 4 stars! I do understand that the waiting time has been quite long but that was only a temporary thing. Our process has been clear on the website and as well as with customer service.
We promised an average lead time of 2-4 weeks to create the product and get it shipped out but in some cases with customers it has taken longer then that. We’ve only been open for a couple of months and so it does take time to fully train our systems to be able to product custom art in a quick/efficient manner.
I hope that makes sense and I really hope you are happy with your monogram!
