I can’t recommend Luca from Life Residential enough. He’s been absolutely brilliant and has helped me with so many different things over time. Whenever I’ve had a problem or needed something sorted, Luca has always been there to help and, most importantly, he actually gets things done.

He’s friendly, approachable and always goes above and beyond to make things as easy and stress-free as possible. I’ve had quite a few things that needed sorting, and Luca has dealt with every single one professionally and efficiently.

Would not recommend renting from this branch. Constant miscommunications, flat was handed to me in disgraceful order - was sorted out by landlord thankfully but now months later and they still cause silly issues that waste time for a perfect tenant.

Utterly incompetent in almost every way.
Great when they want something out of you, radio silence when you ask for anything in return
Multiple emails etc ghosted on numerous matters. Can't be bothered phoning back, you get passed around 3 different people to get anywhere, each 'new' person hasn't got a clue what's gone on previously and needs updating. I've made a formal complaint before on at least one other occasion.

We had a great experience during our tenancy with Life Residential. Special thanks to our property manager Rosita Kausiute for handling all our issues and helping us throughout.

I've been renting through the Life Residential for about a year and a half now and overall it's been a really smooth experience. A big part of that is down to Rosita Kausiute, the property manager, she's always on top of things and genuinely easy to deal with.

A few different things have come up over the time I've been here, mostly small maintenance issues, and more recently a washing machine that ended up needing a full replacement, which took some back and forth with the landlord for approval. In pretty much every case Rosita was the one chasing it along and keeping me posted, rather than me having to follow up constantly.

Just overall really responsive and easy to deal with. Would recommend, especially if Rosita is who you end up with.

As a landlord I find them extremely efficient and personable.
Whenever I have an enquiry they answer the phone promptly and deal with it in a swift and professional manner. The same with emails.

Olinda Mercado in Property Management recently helped me unravel a confusing situation regarding my rental agreement. She reached out with a phone call, listened carefully and investigated the situation thoroughly, liaising with colleagues and the landlord to make sure everything was properly clarified and resolved. She was calm, professional and lovely to deal with, and took the time to really understand the situation. The staff are incredibly friendly and quite responsive. We were always clued in on what was happening in the flat, be in repair works, additional construction, etc. etc. From the first viewing up to us moving out now, it's been great across the board. Life Residential has been managing my London properties for almost 10 years, and I am very happy with the service which is very professional.
