Went to a viewing with Kris and had a really positive experience. He was approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed interested in helping rather than just trying to make a sale. I had a few questions afterwards and he was really quick to come back to me with answers. Really impressed with the service from Snellers Twickenham.

Really great experience with Phoebe at Snellers Twickenham. I went to a viewing with her and she was so friendly and helpful without being pushy at all. She knew the property inside out and was happy to answer all my questions, even the slightly ridiculous ones! Really lovely person and a credit to Snellers.

Snellers Twickenham is appalling. We were dealing with the two Senior Directors in Sales and had an offer accepted to buy. From the start it seemed they weren't being truthful and transparent.
We then continued the process and met all the deadlines they set, a few weeks later surprise surprise there is a higher offer all of a sudden that they put forward to the seller and it's of course accepted. They completely wasted our time and continued to market the property/ speak to other people to get a higher offer - we also missed out on another property as a consequence. Completely unethical people and way of working and would urge people to avoid them. Say what you want about other agents but they’re better than Snellers.

Sam at Snellers was fantastic on my recent viewing at a property - it was well organised, he spent time with me to explain and share information about the property, and made things simple and clear. Thanks Sam - I would highly recommend your services.

I am appalled by the unethical conduct of Snellers Twickenham regarding a property on Harvey Road. After I agreed to a price hike of £1600 and paid a holding deposit of nearly £400, this branch acted in total bad faith.

Under the Tenant Fees Act, a deposit should reserve the home. Instead, Snellers used my money as a safety net while they kept the listing active and continued viewings to bait higher offers.

using tenant’s deposit to 'tether' them while actively shopping for more commission is predatory and a gross violation of industry integrity.

We have been dealing with Anna Harrison for approximately 7 years in the capacity of landlord. During this time, we found Anna to be very efficient in dealing with our queries and solving the problems that we encountered. She communicates well and is always proffesional.

As a renter, I have found the property management team to be really helpful, professional and attentive and particularly would highlight Jess and Kelly as really good to deal with and always really great communication with them.

Snellers have managed my property rental for the last 13 years and I have always been happy with the service. Most recently I have been working with Kelly Baldwin. Kelly is knowledgeable, solution based, supportive, and diplomatic. Kelly is the perfect blend of professional and approachable - really terrific.

Snellers are great! Sagar was really helpful and proactive and gave us great service, keeping us informed every step of the way. Now we have a new home to move in to. Couldn’t be happier!!

I cannot tell you how much I would advise NEVER to use Snellers.
Lettings: I bought from them 9 years ago. Rented my property out straight away as I had to move abroad.
It is clear they are driven by commission to have call outs. Had a leak issue in 2022 and have now spent over 3200 sterling in call outs with no resolution and just caused unspeakable damage. In total 5400 pounds. I managed to get my own contractor and it is resolved. Even back in 2017 boiler issue. 5 call outs ( approx) Triple the cost of a boiler. No consultative, "it may be worth getting a new boiler" When I had issues I was clearly told that its not a big deal if you don't renew the contract. "It's not a million pound property" I Just kept with them as I was far away and had a new baby.

The cost now of fixing the leak and the damage if resolved from the start has now cost me £6400 plus not been able to sell my flat. I also had monies taken out of my account 300 pounds for tax as Iive abroad with no communication even though I manage this with my accountant. No email just taken and then once I found out it I got a form signed. The icing on then cake was after all these issues this month.... me solving the issue with my contractor and dealing directly with tenants, clearly upset and where it was notified "my contractor was only person who knows what he is doing" got my contractor to fix loads of things in the apartment new hob, handles, Lights etc... that was not reported.I was then charged this month a full property management fee, 60 pounds admin tax fee plus the tax which my accountant is dealing with. £600 Throughout the 9 years, I blame myself as I should have changed but felt I was in good hands and just paid what was needed in response everything, really in good measure. I knew there was a leak but felt it was fixed. It was only Novemeber/ December I was told that again a problem. It was not done properly. The damage on the wall was so bad that could have been preventable.

Sales team: really good and proactive. I put the flat on the market as was advised with new laws coming in. No offers. Photos that were taken had plates and washing to the side. 15 viewings. no offers. It was only when I saw the reality, the damage down on the walls when I asked a sales agent to send to me. I was disgusted. I took it straight off the market. Alot of time wasted on all sides.

We had a great experience with our estate agent, Sam. He was professional, responsive and communication was clear and prompt. Very easy to deal with.

We are extremely disappointed with Snellers. The property was misrepresented — shown in poor lighting without electricity, disadvantaging my uncle with weak eyesight. Serious issues existed from day one: a faulty electric meter, broken bed and wardrobe with mould/damaged mirrored doors, visible wall cracks, ongoing mould and damp, a rotten fridge, a leaking/toilet seat, parking fines despite our allocated space, and general health and safety hazards. These raise questions about why a 3-year contract was required and whether valid health and safety certification was in place.

Our family circumstances changed drastically: my uncle developed gangrene, spent seven months in hospital, and lost a leg. The property’s poor conditions may have worsened his health. Despite this, the agency showed no empathy, was hostile, and prioritized financial gain. When communicating with the landlord, it became clear that the agency had been dishonest — they misled him about our intentions while continuing to show us other properties.

We were forced to pay double rent due to delays in confirming early termination. Despite fully vacating the property, we are still awaiting confirmation of termination and our full deposit.

We request clear justification for: the agency’s commission, the 3-year contract on a faulty property, showing it without electricity, unresolved parking fines, ignored urgent repairs like the leaking toilet, and the validity of health and safety certification at the time of letting. Evidence, including photos and messages, has been uploaded. This unprofessional pattern aligns with other 1-star reviews.

For the agency, we suggest books to improve professionalism, empathy, and kindness: How to Win Friends and Influence People (Dale Carnegie), The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari (Robin Sharma), and Emotional Intelligence (Daniel Goleman).

We hope this feedback encourages accountability, honesty, and better treatment of tenants in the future.
