She deals with problems quickly and is always available to help, this makes relationships between landlord and tenant much easier and prevents issues building up. I am very satisfied with the service Sophie has provided on behalf of Snellers.

We rent through Snellers and have had such a positive experience and a great responsive landlord, largely thanks to Kelly Baldwin and her team. She’s always friendly, approachable, and quick to sort out any issues that come up with the property.
