I would not recommend this letting agency based on my experience as a tenant.

Throughout my tenancy, I found communication to be slow and, at times, obstructive. Maintenance issues were not addressed within a reasonable timeframe, with some taking several months to resolve. On multiple occasions during the winter period, I was left without heating or hot water, which caused significant inconvenience.

As I am now leaving the property, I have also experienced attempts to apply charges that I believe are not in line with current regulations.

Overall, I found the service to fall below expected professional standards, particularly in relation to responsiveness, maintenance, and tenant support

We have been renting our flat in central London for years -- with different companies. But Frank Harris has been the best by a long way. They found someone to rent it very quickly but, most important for us, they manage the rental (collecting rent; certificates; repairs; any minor and major problems) with efficiency and care, meaning the whole process is stress-free for us and the tenant. Highly recommended.
