On the job on the move
Yes there was a Situation but they were very diligent of solving the issue. The owner is extremely nice, answering the phone right away. What I've experienced is that they have a very good team. It's best to purchase their package deal.. because they wrap inbox basically everything even if it's a lot of stuff. they do it for security reasons. If I ever need it to move I would use lifetime Movers again.😁👍🏿💯

Above Average Job
They did a good job packing and moving my furnature. However LifeTime under estimated the time it would take to move my furnature and waited until after they arrived at the new location to renegotiate an upcharge for the move. We worked through this and were able to come to terms.

They delivered my stuff in the middle…
They delivered my stuff in the middle of a snow storm and were quick and efficient. They cleaned up all the snow tracked in when they were finished. Would definitely use them again.

Do not recommend, very poor communication
Very poor communication from beginning to end. Multiple people, different phone numbers, and many times I was left waiting for hours. They show no respect for your time. The different representatives that I had to contact also don’t communicate with each other, because they gave me different information about costs and time lines.
The final delivery was handled haphazardly, and my belongings were sloppily dropped off in my apartment. I had already discussed and made payments to the coordinating team, but one of the men servicing the job refused to leave unless I made an additional payment to him directly. He continued to message me the following day, to which the coordinating team just said to “block him”. Not professional.
I understand that there are variables that affect a long distance move, even though the initial salesperson told me there was a “90% chance” that my delivery would arrive in a specific time window. Ultimately, my dissatisfaction is that I tried to get updates and information so that I could plan accordingly, and I was either ghosted or got delayed responses, sometimes with last minute information.

We’re sorry to hear you were dissatisfied, but we’d like to clarify a few important points so that future customers can understand how we handled your move.
First, it’s not unusual to have multiple points of contact during a move - we have different departments involved. You may speak with a moving coordinator from their direct line, as well as the driver or delivery team members from their own numbers. We always aim to communicate clearly and were consistently responsive, even when we received daily calls demanding delivery on a specific date - something that was not included in the service you selected. Despite that, we stayed within our ETA schedule.
Your first available delivery date was Friday, the 22nd , and we delivered your shipment on Monday, the 25th - the next available business day , as weekend days do not count toward delivery timelines per Department of Transportation regulations.
Regarding payment: Like 99.9% of licensed moving companies in the U.S., our contract clearly states that payment is due upon delivery - once the driver arrives at the delivery address, and before unloading begins. In your case, we made an exception and allowed the team to complete the job before finalizing payment. The additional charge was for a long carry, which was not reported in advance and is also clearly outlined in the contract. Paying that directly to the delivery team was appropriate and within policy.
As for the claim of “sloppy” delivery - the presence of moving blankets on the floor is not a sign of poor service. Our team had limited time due to building elevator restrictions, and they worked efficiently to complete the move on time. Most importantly, your belongings arrived safely and without any damage.
We know moving can be stressful, and we always strive to provide the best experience possible - but in this line of work, you simply can’t make everyone happy. This situation reflects the importance of realism when it comes to expectations and the logistics of long-distance moving. We stand behind the effort and professionalism of our team on this job.

Nice, Patient, and Professional
Sergio and his crew did a superb job with our move out. They showed up on time and even helped me pack some items that weren’t quite ready for the truck. His team was so courteous and professional, they were extremely patient with my kiddos, highly recommend this company to anyone looking for supportive movers!
