I would like to thank Theo Tananakis who helped me set up my POS system, and back office. He went above and beyond, even assisting me over the weekend. He was extremely polite, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything in detail without rushing, and made sure I fully understood how to use both the POS system and the back office features. The way he handled everything was very professional, and I truly appreciate his support.

Couldn’t be worse if they wanted to be. When we opened up our restaurant with Lightspeed our payment system wouldn’t work for a week. We lost so much money annoying our customers to get cash down the street. When trying to contact them about the issues they basically said “oh well, not much we can do” and now one year later our payment terminals won’t work on weekends and the support team couldn’t care less.
Wish we stayed with Square and will most likely move to Toast. We have three restaurants in London so we are not small time. Avoid Lightspeed at all costs.

Excellent tool and onboarding process. Worked a couple of times now to onboard dif locations with Simmone who has been great and very helpful. Any issues I find the customer support messenger service very helpful too.

Excellent support from lightspeed, our implementation consultant Theo Tananakis was on hand to help with initial programming and training. Very prompt responses to any questions and queries.
Field Implementation Technician Saroop Kang was very informative and helpful during his onsite visit setting up equipment, particularly as we had a few issues with existing hardware. Both team members have been excellent for additional support.

Simmone set us up on Lightspeed K Series and she was so efficient and organised! I barely had to do anything, just provide her with the info required and she implemented everything. Simmone was extremely quick to support us on any questions we came up with. I found her very easy to deal with and after 6 months, I have dealt with other members of the team who have also been very kind and accommodating. The service is as quick as the name suggests, as is the till.
