I really LOVE this goat kefir. It tastes delicious and I've noticed clear improvements in my skin and gut health. I tried another brand which was very pungent tasting and seemed to give me migraines but no issues with this one. The subscription service is useful and delivery is always quick and well packaged.

I initially tried a different brand of kefir, but I could not tolerate the extremely strong taste. The Live Kefir Company’s goat’s milk kefir is very pleasant to drink and has helped greatly with my digestive problems.

So far very impressed. I've drunk Chuckling Goat goat's milk kefir for a few years and wanted to try some of the others on the market. I enjoyed the taste of this kefir - it was not as sour as the CG kefir, but still had plenty of grains in the kefir and a sourness or "tang" and a slight fizz. Its relatively thin so not like the yoghurt-like varieties that can be bought in the supermarket (and personally I don't see the difference to regular yoghurt with most of those). I like to have it either in the afternoon or evening as it stops me craving sweet stuff after dinner. It is great for gut health. Also impressed with the packaging - they used a wool filling which is a good way to keep the kefir cool and protected and can be re-purposed in the garden. Quickly delivered too. Shall use again.

I had a problem with my subscription but they managed to sort it out in no time without fuss. Easy to manage your order too, so I was going away for a few days, with a few clicks on my account I suspended it until I was home again.
The product itself is brilliant for a healthy gut.

I could not drink your kefir, the taste was not nice. However I can drink the kefir from other shops.

I ordered this at the Harrogate Autumn Flower Show after speaking at length with the seller who assured me that it was a good and foolproof way of making my own healthy Kefir.
The grains and instructions arrived in good time and were well packed.
However, although I followed all the instructions to the letter, the end result was very disappointing as I ended up with a very watery liquid which did not taste good at all!
After 3 weeks' of rigid perseverance, I decided to give up and throw the grains away and go buy shop bought Ketfir instead!
I really would have liked to have continued with the process as I had bought the grains in good faith but to have to consume the watery sour liquid that I ended up with was very unpleasant and really not worth it. Sorry.
