I buy the goat kefir and have also tried the coconut one. Both taste great and have really helped me keep my IBS under control. The subscription delivery is bonus, as I never run out and it's super fresh. It takes a few months for you to really see the benefits, but they are worth it.

Good and speedy delivery. I decided to give Kefir a go and had thought to make my own. To be honest it's not to my taste but I'm sure if it's your thing then this is a good way to buy it.

The product is extremely good to begin with. The ordering of the product is simple and straightforward and the delivery excellent. I live in a rural area and used to poor delivery. It’s so refreshing when it works well.

The taste was sour and unpleasant - not at all what I expected

I've been ordering kefir from this small company since April 2020 (so peak pandemic - kudos to them for keeping going) and haven't got a bad word to say about them (which is rare for me). Really good product - if you're used to the watered-down, sugar-infused stuff they sell in supermarkets, this is the real deal. It has made a huge improvement to my wife's IBS, and if she doesn't have it for a few days her symptoms noticeably worsen. Yeah the standard cow's milk flavour takes a bit of getting use to (adding cream and sweetener makes it more palatable), but it's really effective. Very pleasant company to deal with, enquiries are quickly responded to, and it's easy to pause and restart your subscription if you need to due to holidays etc. Support a small business with excellent products and give them a try.

I purchased the the introductory taster pack of three different flavours, they all tasted good.I was surprised that I liked the coconut and goats variety, my favourite is the cows milk, smooth yet a slight fizz on the tongue, and a slightly sharp taste that felt refreshing.
The Kafir was well packed and had a cool pad in the packing, so delivered at the perfect temp.
The only slight downside was the cost of delivery, which makes it expensive if just buying a small quantity.
The regular purchase scheme looks more economical for delivery, however I'm not quite ready to commit to that as I explore other Kafir options.
