Easy order process

First batch went missing in post with UPS. New batch sent (3 days later after first batch sent) using DPD arrived next day, all good.

The kefir products are very good. I have been using this company intermittently for a number of years now. This past order, for the first time ever, they sent the wrong product. Not a disaster for me, as I am okay using the kefir they sent, but not a first rate experience.

So far I have received great customer service. Queries answered efficiently in a timely manner. Will be ordering again.

This kefir gives me the kind of wellbeing promised but not always delivered by exercise, supplements, diets etc. And it's effortless. I can't imagine being wirhout it. Subscription delivery is very efficient so there is always some in the fridge.

Lovely flavours and perfect for my gut health

Everything is good, you have a wonderful product and delivery is usually spot on. Congratulations. However, for two deliveries before the one just delivered today, Tuesday 17 February, I noticed that the milk kefir was not as effervescent/frothy as usual and the solids deposited around the glass I was using were coarser and not distributed as uniformly as usual. I was getting a bit worried that you might be having some manufacturing problems!

This kefir is the best I have tasted. Far superior to supermarket brands. It is important that you follow the directions on the website for opening your kefir, otherwise you may have a champagne type overflow. I started taking it because I had bad indigestion due to taking ibuprofen for hip pain. The doctor wanted to give me omeprazole, which I didn’t want to take. I stopped taking ibuprofen and indigestion remedies and I started taking this and my whole digestion has really improved. No more indigestion and my visits to the toilet are more regular.

Didn’t receive order of kefir grains, contacted seller and they said they would resend. This never arrived and they ignored all contact since then. Had to raise a claim through Amazon for a refund. Real shame as I was looking forward to using the kefir and wasted a month waiting for my order. They should just respond to customers - avoid!
