I received help from a call handler Joe who was very helpful & he was able to ensure that my medication would arrive in time
Joe asked all the appropriate questions & I felt he did everything he could to help me in what could have been a stressful situation for me.

Helpful and friendly advisor
I spoke to Joe today to arrange my next delivery and he was extremely nice and professional. I asked him about getting a smaller sharps bin ( I've asked before and been told there's no choice), he talked through all the options and helped me choose one that would fit in my medical cupboard. Once again I had an excellent experience phoning Lloyd’s clinical. Every time I phone I speak to the most helpful people, who cannot do enough for me. They are always so polite and pleasant.
