Very disappointed with the service.
The technician didn’t show up at the agreed time and rescheduled for the "morning," which turned out to be 1 PM. After the visit, the pipe he worked on started leaking so badly that we can’t use the kitchen tap at all. He promised to come back on Monday but never showed up and is now ignoring our calls. I paid £90 expecting quality work — not more problems and constant chasing. Would not recommend.

Our engineer attended to carry out drainage works, specifically to clear a blockage as requested. This was completed during the visit. Following the visit, the customer raised concerns regarding a leak under the kitchen sink. Upon inspection, it was explained that this was a separate plumbing issue unrelated to the drainage clearance, and that a qualified plumber would be required to resolve it.
While we always aim to be as helpful as possible, we are a specialist drainage company and not equipped to carry out general plumbing repairs. This was communicated to the customer at the time.
We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay in our technician’s arrival. While our schedule can sometimes shift due to the unpredictable nature of drainage work, we understand the importance of punctuality and are always working to improve this aspect of our service.
We’re sorry to hear that this has led to dissatisfaction and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. If you have any further concerns or require documentation from our visit, please don’t hesitate to contact our office directly.

Overpriced poor quality work
My 90 year old mum had blocked drain and I called this company to do the work. I couldn’t be there to supervise as I usually do as live some way from my mum. I was delighted that they could come on a Saturday at no extra cost. However was shocked to receive a bill for £596 and to learn from my mum that 2 people came used 2 sets of same equipment and then they spent some time sitting in their van. Even more shocked when the drain continued to leak and I called another company that I had used in past who informed me that the drain was only partially cleared and that the source of the problem had not been unblocked.
I also felt pressured into accepting an extortionate quote of over £3000 to put in a drain liner. They did agree to bring this price down but had I accepted it they still would not have dealt with a leaking pipe as they hadn’t looked! So my poor mum paid for 2 men with 2 sets of equipment for 1 hours work which it took one man less than 1/2 hour to do properly. The message sent showing videos of work were extremely poor quality so no way I could see if done what they said. I have sent 3 emails regarding this to customer services and have had no acknowledgment. Prices online look reasonable but they make there money by using double the equipment, manpower and time needed to do the job. Avoid at all cost!

In this case, the visit was attended by two engineers due to the complexity of the reported issue and to ensure the job could be completed efficiently and safely. The equipment used was necessary for the work required, and our engineers carried out the service to the best of their professional judgment.
We are sorry to hear that you later experienced a recurring issue and chose to use another provider. Drainage problems can sometimes be more extensive than initially visible, and while we provided a quote for further repair work, there was no obligation to proceed. We’re also disappointed to hear you felt pressured — that is never our intention, and we take that feedback seriously.

This is not reflective of our usual standards, and we’d like to investigate this further. had some issues with my drains
had some issues with my drains ,called up and withiin a couple of hours they had arrived assessed and cleared the blockage with minimum fuss, price quoted was fair and i was very happy from start to finish. would highly recommend

After having a worry with something going on with my drainage and Google not answering my query. I googled a local drainage company for some help.
