Local Treasures Avis

Excellent communication and service. Will be using them again.

The process of finding a tradesman was smooth and although many emails were received from the central team, it was not overly pushy or annoying!

Martin the kitchen fitter attended for quoting and on the work day on time and his quote was fair and added value to the proposed work with helpful ideas. The smallest of delays was experienced waiting for the price from the central office but within time to allow us to consider it ahead of the deadline for us.

On the day of the work Martin was on time and got straight down to it and immediate progress was made with no fuss. Each part of the job was tackled methodically and the final result easily met expectations

Final result was excellent and the kitchen now functions to our needs. The site was left tidy and in good order. Plumbing, electrical and carpentry work perfect.

Thanks to all concerned. Recommend and will use again if needed.

My cottage garden was badly in need of a tidy up in preparation for Winter. Ian, from Local Treasures, came along to access the situation and then scheduled a date and time to do the job. He was punctual and professional and did a really good job. I will certainly use the service again.

Excellent service from Local Treasures. Ian, who came to do some work in our garden, was prompt, polite, friendly, helpful and hard-working, and did everything we asked to a high standard. We are totally satisfied with the work he has done for us, and have already booked him again to do more work for us.

I would thoroughly recommend Local Treasures who provided two very professional cleaners, one of whom helped me add a leaf to my dining table for a family lunch party which I could not manage on my own. Contact with the agency and the cleaners were very good.

Excellent service, Steven Hassell was asigned my job. He was so prompt on time to finish job..
I am sure I will use this service again and recommend to my friends..

First time I used the service, Paul was found and came exactly when he said he would. I’d use again without a doubt. It’s perfect for small jobs where you want someone to local to ‘pop’ round

Martin turned up. Right on time. Appropriately dressed to paint fences in the garden. He was cheerful, punctual, easy to talk to and totally professional. The job took longer than expected, and he was perfectly happy to stay on and finish it. Coffee was welcomed! If this is the outstanding quality of all of your 'treasures', then you are really doing a great job! Many thanks, and i will certainly use your service again. Five stars, have fifty!

I’ve been using this company for a few years now and I couldn’t be happier. They are great at matching a treasure to your requirements. Trustworthy, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended services.

Excellent service Had looked around for trade Companies for this small but important job but none had been interested or required extortionate money.

Justin, a Local Treasure in West Cornwall was a fantastic find. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Justin quoted a fair rate for the job, communicated regularly with me throughout, arrived on time and worked really hard to erect a fence in the most awful weather. I could not have asked for more. The team at Local Treasures have been excellent too. There was a billing error due to a new accounting system and Local Treasures picked it up and resolved the issue immediately. Without any doubt, I'll be contacting Local Treasures again with more jobs..

Ryan, from Taunton, did a brilliant job replacing our summerhouse & shed roofs. He always kept in touch and explained in full all the initial costs to purchase materials. We are hoping to get him back to do a cover for our pond. Well done Local Treasures.

I booked Local Treasures last month to build a flat pack garden shed where I live in the New Forest. They found Jack the carpenter who came over and gave me a quote for the hours needed and then popped back a few days later to complete the job. He finished the job within the hours quoted and the work was done to a very high spec. Jack was both polite, efficient and on time and my wife and I were very happy with the result. I've already recommended Local Treasures to friends who have moved back to England from the US and want to find local handymen/gardeners that they can trust and would recommend the service we got from the office staff too who handled my request.

Hi This is the first time I used local treasures and must say the lady who came to clean was excellent it was a good help I will recommend your team anytime thanks again x

We needed someone to help assemble a bath hoist after my husband had a stroke. Local treasures provided us with an excellent person.

I have had an operation so needed help with housework for a few weeks. Unfortunately I couldn't get a cleaner but lovely Karen has been doing my ironing. She is always collects and returns it when she says and with a smile. Beautifully ironed too!

Fence painter Chris was excellent would recommend him

Very good service and now cleaner windows thankyou.

Totally overgrown garden. Along came Jack , who in a very short time has got it all ready to re-turf.
Excellent communication and a really hard worker.
Once he’s done the turf, he’s going to do the other work we need doing.
A definite treasure

Brilliant party helper supplied at short notice,
Upbeat, positive, hard working, what more could you ask?
Very professional service from Local Treasures too.
