They are your best friend when they want your credit card. Then they steal your money, create garbage logos, and just want you to complete your project and move on. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I asked for a refund, and they made up fake reasons against their policy to not refund. 100% do not recommend.

UPDATED REVIEW: They sent rebuttal documents to my credit card company and FRAUDULENTLY fabricated email responses from me. I am going to the local authorities and FTC to report this.

The designs were ok, but there is a constant upsell, so no real bargain here. Communications were spotty, at best. The fast-talking salesperson every time they wanted to talk was a little much. Worse I had to pay a final $100 to get the logo in final formats. It seemed that they were holding them hostage.

Part of the issue is there was not an Order ID to refer to. Their client process is not good.

Then they wanted me to talk with their legal department to charge more for a Trademark.

Jay Anderson was amazing!! He went above and beyond and was easy to work with.

BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM....

I initially contacted this company to get a logo and trademarking done, at first they were quite impressive with their scam and lies that I seriously fell for it.

This company is not legit. They are not in Walnut, CA since I had someone drive out there to verify and this business is non existent! They take your credit card information, charge it and never refunds.

I have screenshots of the conversations I have with the bogus names or people in the company named Ethan Stevenson, Liam Cohen, Ryan Davis.

We trusted this company based on the reviews, unfortunately I got scammed! They also worked with a company in Los Angeles called Creative Company, someone in the name of Robert Jackson who claimed to be a lawyer and cannot verify his information and refused to give out his license for verification. I called USPTO and had him on 3 way and he got busted for scam.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

My experience with this company has been horrible. Lots of promises, Quickly charges your card to increase their sales but cannot deliver as promised. I have been dealing with them since June still no do not have a website that is complete and charged for social media and that was also not delivered. I finally decided to let them know that I don’t want to deal with them anymore and I want my money back. I have not heard from them so we will pursued with the Better Business Bureau, credit card company and take whatever actions we need to get our money back. Please learn from our experience. The biggest lesson I take away from this is have everything in writing with the due date and the expectations. I trusted my heart and thought I was dealing with honest and sincere people but I made a big mistake.

I’m sharing more information about the my experience with this company so it can help others to really think twice before dealing with them.

I asked my credit card company to charge back their fee because I did not receive the product that they committed to. They produce documentation that was for fraudulent in order to keep my money.

I've hired this company to build my company logo, so far they have achieved all my expectations, they have always answered back my requests within 2 hours, I have to admit that I was skeptical at the beginning but Robert Jackson has performed in a very professional and timely manner. I'm very happy with the results.

First of all, DO NOT get any close to this company. They are a fraud in so many aspects and I will list all of them one by one since I was a client and regret with all my heart:
1. Do not trust all the positive comments here. I won't be surprised if they bought them or found a way to boost their Trustpilot reviews to give more credibility to their fraud
2. They give themselves "American" names to try to force the American accent on customers which is the first attempt to scam you. They clearly are from India and should just admit it and move on. Nothing wrong with that
3. They offer fake packages but they do not respect that. I chose the Professional Package and very few of the item listed were respected. From the number of designers working on it (you don't even get to engage with them and you have to repeat multiple time the same requirement which shows they don't read or care about what you are asking for) to T-shirts, business cards, etc.
4. They don't even send you a receipt or an email to let you know you have enrolled/paid for services. Like who does that in 2021?! I had to request it and they kept on giving me BS reasons.
5. They don't communicate with you unless you constantly follow up with them. It's like you have to chase them to get what you want. The sales person gave me a list of many items I would get and I did not get ANY of that. I ended up requesting to just get my logo and end the relationship with them
6. They call you whenever they want and do not even have the decency to schedule meetings with you. They used that excuse when they couldn't reach me and they would say they tried contacting me many times bla bla bla. It would take several more days before the next follow up despite me trying to reach them in vain when I needed to.
7. Once they have your money, it's done. You will not be of any interest to them anymore and they will lie in your face while working with you while delivering very poor quality work.

I think I can go on again for more than 100 reasons why you should avoid this company at all cost and I will post this comment anywhere I can review them.

I paid for $700 for website services plus an additional $699 for 3 years hosting plus 2 domains. My website is STILL not correct and full of errors. I have sent numerous requests and examples of the specific errors and they still remain on the site. I have not been given access to my domains. I have not been given access to the site. I am incredibly frustrated and unhappy with this service and today was sent an email requesting an additional $2248 to protect my site against hacking and ransom from cyber attacks. I would like a complete refund and the return of my 2 domains. This has been a horrible experience.

They try using a shady practice of getting their foot in the door with a cheap introductory offer so they can call you, text you, etc. to upsell you. I caught on early and requested they do not contact via phone.

After spending 4 weeks to get the final logo (which was not very good), they then sent me a jpg file with several variations of the logo. When I asked if they could send files of the main logo only they sent terrible, low-quality jpg's on purpose. I requested a high res version and they tried to upsell me for that... $200! Lol I hired someone on Upwork to do that for $10.

I've had many logos designed over the years and have never (ever) had a bad experience until now. I expected an average logo but expected the files. It was clearly a scam to get you to keep buying more. I would urge everyone to steer clear of this company and "Kevin Bacon," their super real and original employee.

EDIT: I see they are wanting "more information" as if they actually care. I see they did this for other negative reviews as well. No chance they actually care as you can see with their reviews all over the web.

UPDATE: After many months of not hearing from LogoGenies, they've suddenly re-appeared to attempt to scam me with a phony pitch that someone recently tried to Trademark my company's name (or images, they weren't specific).

Kind of strange how the USPTO would contact a LOGO designer in regards to another company's Trademark, right? There was literally zero chance that the USPTO would have notified a company who created a logo vs the actual company that owns the rights to the name and logo. When I asked why they'd contact them they suddenly went radio silent for a week.

Stay away from this very shady company.

Beyond satisfied with the product they produced for me...Thrilled beyond belief at the caliber and quality of their customer service.

I got a great logo from Logo Genies. They truly live up to their name.

UPDATE 12/26/2023. After two years Logo Genies was finally successful getting one of my posts fagged. So today I had to remove one word. The word starts with S and ends with R. This word is normally associated with people who lie cheat and steal over the phone or internet. Trustpilot say I need to remove the word. The fact that they are trying to get my posts removed, lets me know that I am saving people the trouble of doing business with this company. If you choose to do business with these people, USE PREPAY CARDS! They stored my information and later they charged my card without my consent. I filed a fraud claim and got my money back. They then challenged the fraud claim and provided false documentation to get the fraud claim reversed. I then had to waste my time to prove they provided false documentation in order to get my money refunded back AGAIN! Look at other reviews and check the Better Business Bureau reports

Highly recommended for website and logo design projects. And they're super affordable too.

Do not trust! Also do not trust the response that comes after this. Day five. No logos. Trying always upsell you. Lots of excuses and promises. I just want my money back. That simple. Yet they can not make happen even though they say they will. It’s only 100.00 but it’s the principle. Very unorganized! Do not waste your money but more important, your time!!!!
