They did a nice job with the logo (albeit MUCH slower than advertised) BUT they are NOT to be trusted. They made an additional charge (more than the original contract price) to my credit card and I have been trying to get a refund (that they have admitted they should send me) for more than 5 months! The names seem fake, they leave you on hold for as long as you'll sit there and are shameless in their efforts to avoid resolving this matter. Take your business elsewhere. It's a shame, because they have some talented staff, they are just hustlers and a nightmare to do business with.

I placed an order on August 17th. I purchased the Business Plan for $199, which provides a package of several items. No sooner than I placed the order, I started receiving calls to sell me on more services. It is now September 5th and I still don’t have a finalized logo, much less the other items promised in the package. I had to ask for a receipt after I paid for my package…this is not standard business procedure. I did receive the initial selection of logos and chose one I liked. When I told them I did not wish to not purchase the $450 trademark service, things fell apart. Since then I have sent numerous emails to the company, placed several phone calls and I can’t seem to get my “project manager” to respond in a way that moves the project along. When I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge, they lead me back to the unresponsive project manager. My only hope now is that someone will read this review and respond. At this point I cannot recommend Logo Genies.

If you're starting a new business or upgrading an existing site, I strongly recommend using Logogenies. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to producing a high quality product. Jay Anderson, George, Bruce and Alan Murphy all worked very hard to create my site. They were always available to answer questions, make improvements, and provide guidance. Even after the site was completed, they continued to offer unsolicited assistance. Thank you all for your hard work and patience.
