What a disgrace for a company or should I say back street sweat shop ordered a coat end of November last year unknown to me it was coming from china I honestly thought it was a London company the cost arrived end of December nothing like the size I ordered or the style I asked for the returns policy which I read knowing I had to cover the tracked returns cost 30 pound with royal mail I payed it as It wasn't any good 2 months later it is still stuck in there customs awaiting taxes to be paid for by me which wasn't even mentioned in there policy I've asked about this and basically there not bothered I have to pay a further 20 euros moral to this is please read reviews before attempting to purchase from these you won't get what you ordered and then your stuck with it DO NOT USE

Same experience as everyone else, long delivery, awful quality and return to china, Scam Alert!

Just got my order what a load rubbish cost me 60 pound Just going to wash car with it that's what it worth don't buy any thing off these people unless you have a car wahig business then best of luck

They've now rebranded as London Glamour.

I returned the item, tracked at a cost of £20 and it hasn't arrived. The return address is "undeliverable". Hoping AMEX can get my money back

the so called cashmere jumper is not cashmere it is synthetic. To return it they insist you post to China at your own cost - as they are scammers this would just be more money lost .DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THAY ARE SCAMMERS

I ordered the Ezra coat in XL .the coat arrived 18 days after the order was put through.the coat pockets are so small my granddaughter aged 9 can't put her hands in them this is supposed to be a man's coat.not good.verry poor quality.will not be buying anything else from London elagance.you should be called Chinese elegance.

Finally got the goods. I had written the cash off as I stupidly hadnt checked the reviews. They've arrived and feel comfy so far, bit they aren't as they look on the website, they smell really bad of plastic and let's see how long they last.....

Still waiting for an order 4 weeks late, wish I'd read the reviews first.I have a feeling I am going to be very disappointed...no communication re delivery so not sure whether anything is even going to arrive....it finally arrived, yes.....what a pile of scrap...material is cheap rubbish, none stretchy silky stuff...arms are virtually dragging on the floor, not sure it is meant to fit

I wish I’d read these reviews! I was sent a satin bonnet instead of the hoodie I had ordered. It took over a month to arrive and now I’m expected to spend £15 returning it to China!

Scammer, when returning the items, they get stuck in custom and they wanted me to pay for the custom duty. They hardly respond and I lost the cheap jumpers and my money. It is not cashmere

Item took an age to arrive and then when it did it was a very cheaply made item and did not do as was described in the advert well. This website led me to believe it was uk based, I did not look at the return address unfortunately, it is china. The cost of a return is too expensive and I took the 10% refund even though the item cost almost £30 and is a waste of money.

Had I paid more attention and realized the item was coming from China I would not have purchased as the sizing is always incorrect and then trying to return the item makes it financially not worthwhile. Purchase items elsewhere!!

I would have given them a 0 if it had been an option.

An absolute scam. After a very long wait, the shoddy goods that turned up were not what I ordered. Then told to return the parcel to China (!) in spite of having a UK returns address on the package.

No labelling on the product at all. The customer services email doesn't work, nor does the phone number.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole!

Just received a fake cashmere jumper; wish I had read these reviews.

The company is obviously a total fake like there jumpers.

I have contacted them re retuning the offending jumper but that looks like a further waste of money. However ;I'm very bloody minded

Unfortunately I read the reviews on here after I had paid for the item online with this sham of a company.Needless to say all the victims reviews are accurate .They call themselves London Elegance although they are not in the UK as far as I can tell.They ,have an office in Utrecht Netherlands ,then ship the cheaply made garments from China .
Number one the 3-5 day delivery time stated is in actual fact a month or more .The updates for delivery constantly contradict themselves so you never have an idea when you’ll receive the item.The customer service numbers they provide on the contact page don’t exist ,they’re invalid .Worse when you actually get delivery the item looks nothing like what you’ve ordered ,It’s poor quality and in my case the jacket was Logoed which I didn’t want and the colour and even the brand of the garment advertised on the London elegance website was not the same ,it’s a mis representation.You definitely don’t get what you pay for or what you think you’ll get .Ive got a refund now from my bank as they are investigating it but have since received the delivery ,so I may end up having to pay for something I’m unhappy with and won’t even wear.This company should be investigated too .Avoid if you want a less stressful life !

How I wish I'd researched this company before ordering a pair of DMS. They took a month to arrive, and are fake, though actually very comfy. But I'll certainly never buy from them again.

I emailed the company several times asking were my item was. They kept telling me it was on its way. Today they sent me a email stating it had been delivered. I was in all day and I have a ring doorbell. So I know that no one has been to my house. Disgusting company. No morals!!!!!!!!!!

It could improve by shutting down.
Absolute terrible service. It took 2 weeks from ordering to get my product. Tracking was showing the same place every time.
The boots I thought that were Dr Martens are very poor fakes.
Honestly don't bother!!
