Luckstart Avis 

Made an order for carspray polish.
August 12th 2025.
They took payment.
But have never received order.
Tried emailing the company but never heard anything from them.
From reading other reviews I've found. This company is sending out some orders. They are also not sending out alot of other others. DONOT ORDER FROM LUCKSTART

Didn’t receive order or tracking or refund. After writing to them I got nothing, not even a reply. Scam do not buy.

Bought the car polish on a buy 2 get 1 free deal,On arrival the bottles are tiny they would be better in a woman's make up bag .On trying the product it is poor quality and does not perform as per advertising so double whammy its expensive for the amount of product you get and its performance is poor £20 I would have had more satisfaction burning

I ordered a steam iron whihc a video and adverts from luckstart show as incredible and dho that the iron removes creases from clothes instantly. However this is not true. Having ordered this, then received it to be something that doesn't even take a single crease out of your clothes, I wrote to th company asking for help. I got no response from them and found the full service an absolute lie. Try being honest to your customers for a start. Try to help us when we ask you for help. I would not recommend this to anyone having bought goods from them, requested help yet never had a response, what ever happened to consumer rights hey?

I love the user-friendly purchasing system and the inexpensive shipping. I'm pleased with the quality of LED Bluetooth Beanie with Detachable Speakers I received.

Do not buy off this company. They rip you off and don't even respond to any messages. Can't send back my item car polish of which won't even do my door .rip off don't buy

I ordered two different products from adverts on YouTube, which I had promised myself I would never do again due to bad experiences.
Both of the videos had false claims and did not work as promised.
I asked to return one item as the other was something which was used up before I could tell it didn't work. Luckstart said that I would have to pay return shipping which I didn't agree with as the product did not work as promised. I'm out nearly £45 and have nothing to show for it. This type of behaviour affects decent traders because I am determined that I will never purchase from an advert ever again.

Ordered car polish never arrived £14.98 multiple emails no answer six weeks later no answer called my bank got a refund 24 hours later email your parcel has been delivered !!

Non delivery. The tracking is fake

I have ordered over 5 items with Luckstar. I was delighted with everything I purchased. I have already placed a 6th and 7th order! I am telling everyone abut Luckstar.

Do NOT use this website its is advertising my address and mobile number from my business . I don’t have anything to do with these scammer

Again another customer who wished you could put less than 1 star I ordered stuff 3 weeks ago which just sat yodel waiting for someone to deliver I then get an email from yodel saying item being returned 7 times I tried emailing Luckstart all I get back is out for delivery nothing else, if you add the tracking number the email gets returned as they think its a scam personally the only scam is this company. I have still not got my refund but I paid through Klarna so reported to them so at least I will get my money back I will never use them again

Ordered their compact steamer/iron etc! What a joke! It’s just a tiny plastic basic iron! So so disappointed. Sent numerous emails to company, to no prevail. When will I learn that if it’s advertised on YouTube, then it’s no good.

I would give this company less than 1🌟if the option was available, I ordered a steam iron, the video and performance claims were impressive, the reality was far from satisfactory, nothing more than a small plastic dry iron with a spray, not a steam iron. No response to my emails. So much for 100% moneyback guarantee, can’t imagine that’s going to happen if they’re not responding to my emails.

I love this site. Everything I have bought is in great condition. I would highly recommend this site.

Dreadful adverts for poor quality products. Don't waste your money.

Ordered 3 small bottle of what was claimed med to be miracle drain unblocker/cleaner. Utter rubbish. Probably cheap baking soda. Don't waste your money!!!

I've been waiting for my order for 10 days , I emailed them twice asking for some delivery information and gave had no contact whatsoever , I'm begining to think that this company are just scammers

Bought a product that was supposed to make you car shine , a Teflon style spray . Paid £20 for 3 bottles, what a load of rubbish it was like spraying water on to the car , and no difference in end result , used 2 bottles on the car , throw the 3rd one straight in the bin . Avoid this company at all cost you have been warned !
