I ordered from this company never received my stuff they never even answered any of the emails they took my money quickly because careful if you buy

I ordered a wireless charger for my phone and realised very shortly afterwards it was incompatible for my phone so I emailed the company straight away to cancel my order they didn't reply but the next day I receive a email from them with a tracking number that doesn't exist.They don't replay to emails I sent them three and they use false tracking numbers so they have stolen £20 from me please don't order anything advertised on you tube

A so called company, which I think does not exist ….

Avoid the crap this company sells, all cheap tack from China! I bought the “51% Off Full Body Washed Wet And Dry Shaver” advertised via YouTube for £19.99 plus £4.99 postage. It was utter garbage and hardly shaved at all, unbranded and manufactured in China. I sent three emails asking how to return the product which I received no replies. I then contacted PayPal and surprise, surprise I received a reply from Luckstart. They informed me that I would have to return the item to an address they gave me in China paying the postage myself, although the return address on the parcel specified an address in Coalville, Leicestershire UK!!!!
They offered an alternative that I could keep the useless product and they would offer me a 30% (which has since gone up to 50%) refund! I tried to hold out for a full refund but unfortunately I have had to accept a partial refund of 70% otherwise my claim will be closed by PayPal and I will get nothing. As other people have said avoid adverts via YouTube DO NOT fall for them as YouTube do not care who advertises via them, all they care about is £££££££!

Avoid!!!!! Ordered car polish and same as everyone else it has not arrived and tracking info is fake, just gave £25 pound awsy to scam artists.

I bought two of the phone attachments for rear view mirrors for our cars.

Neither would fit as modern cars have thicker stems supporting the rear view mirror. Often because of the rain sensor devices. My own BMW X5 has a centrally placed security warning light, centrally placed underneath the mirror. Impossible to fit the phone attachment.
I have contacted Luckstart and await their response. Judging from the poor reviews here I am not expecting one!

Looking at the reviews, I must be the exception to the experiences the other buyers have had.
I purchased an iphone holder which attaches to the rear view mirror in your car.
It arrived on time.
The quality is very good.
It works as described.

I ckecked before ordering on the UK Gov companies house website and this company is showing as dissolved.

Ordered an electric screwdriver set, nothing arrived even though they say it did, scam artist avoid avoid avoid.

I ordered all purpose glue, never got no tracking number, no notifications, but they were quick enough to take £20.98p for items which by reading other reviews i will not receive, wish i looked here before ordering.UPDATE: had items delivered, but it not what i ordered,

On 25th April I paid for an electric knife sharpener. The item has still not arrived and no emails have been answered. Also worrying is the fact that the tracking number is not recognised. Is this a bone fide company or have I been involved in a scam?

Please don’t buy anything from this phoney company. You will never get a response from them or goods you pay for. I’ve just thrown £24 away on scratch remover advertised on YouTube and feel a right mug for falling it.

I ordered some terrific-sounding glue from their website having been alerted to it by the advert on YouTube. It looked good, so I failed to check the reviews. My mistake. The glue never arrived. Money lost. Yes, it's a scam.

Absolute scam!! The exact MO as another pissed off customer that’s placed a comment regarding the same item … one so called mini drill with a charging case and various attachments!
You’ll order what looks like a useful bit of kit .. only to be sent some cheap junk that you’d find at your nearest Poundland?? My advice … steer well clear of these morons!! PayPal to the rescue .. thankfully!

This company advertised on YouTube, I waited for 3 weeks for delivery of a £15 motorised screwdriver set complete with drills, they sent a cheap and nasty manual screw driver set half the size that I could have bought from the pound shop, I will have open a dispute with PayPal to get a full refund, this is definitely a scam, I will never order anything again advertised on YouTube.

I ordered a charger that is compatible with all phones since the 4th of May 2024 through KLARNA. Till date my order number VXFS8JHX-1, hasn't been received, neither is there any update. There's no contact number, only email which has never been answered. I saw this company advertised on YOUTUBE.
I suggest it's about time, Google and YouTube verify people & companies advertising on their platforms.
I'll be escalating through same channel of payment.
I always make sure I shop on on platforms that accept PayPal or KLARNA, unfortunately, these scammers know this and are not dettered.

Be very aware about this company it’s just another scam, you order something but never deliver and no response from customer service. Luckily for my bank refunded my money.
They usually advertise via google or youtube. It’s a shame that google allows such scam to take place on their website.
