Never buy anything from this retailer I’m being 100 % Genuine with this review I ordered something on the 08/12/24 and I’m still waiting for my purchase -The lack of communication from them is appalling I’m reaching out to anyone thinking of purchasing from this cowboy outfit DON’T you will be extremely disappointed and out of pocket !

Do not order anything from this bastards, that’s scam, placed my order on 8 October and it still hasn’t been delivered, contacted them 4 times asking for a refund and they didn’t even respond back to me nor gave a refund

Ordered some led neon screens for my daughters for Christmas.
No sign of the order and all emails ignored.
Similar to the opinion of other people on here, I have concluded that they are scammers.
Luckily I ordered through Klarna so hopefully should give some protection.

Terrible site. Stay away from it. Ordered a LED note for my niece, which took ages to be delivered and the product I got was cheap fake worthless and nothing like the advert.

No returns response at all cancelled the order quickly after ordering like… minutes yet they still shipped it and said they can’t cancel. Been chasing and chasing for return but just ignored. Awful people scammy

Still no joy from this company they sent an inferior item not what I ordered. They won’t send a new return label for their mistake and keep sending the same generated none specific message. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE it’s a scam, they won’t return you money or send you the item you ordered, ever. Disgusting

Disgusted...payed £58 for two knomb Christmas advent calenders and a month later have had nothing.bam email said from 27th it would take about 12 to 15 days but today they now saying they've been delivered and safely signed for.. im very ill and this could be my last Christmas. This is horrable to do this to anybody

I bought the gnome calendar. Absolute rubbish. Wouldn't buy anything else from these people

Can't believe this fraudulent behaviour is advertised on YouTube! Now I know why the comments were turned off on the advert!

I ordered 3 of the Screwdriver sets, when they eventually arrived I realised they had changed what I ordered, from the electric model to a cheap almost useless manual (unhardened metal) type, worth about 15% of what I actually ordered.
The worthless item took about 3 weeks to arrive from China.
My advice is, don't waste your time and money on this type of company. Better to go strait to your local Pound Shop.

On their advert they show the electric screwdriver set, but they sending you the common one without any electric drive!
Moreover they will send it only if you ask them where's your parcel. No confirmation of order on email. When you ask for refund - no answer!

Buyers be aware: the tool which they will send you for £14.99 is worth max £3

I ordered a phone holder for my car, one that attaches to the windscreen mirror. Unfortunately I somehow ordered 2 of them, my fault though as I put one in the "basket" then couldn't decide so left the website. I then went back to it the next day as I'd decided to order but I didn't realise/notice that I'd already put one in the basket which was still there and added another one...doh! Anyway, both items arrived and they were good quality, but sadly it didn't fit as my mirror casing was to thick, the claws at the top wouldn't stay on to hold it in place. It was also quite a large contraption. I have emailed them twice to request the return address, as per their returns policy, but no response has been forthcoming, so I will now escalate to PayPal and hope they will refund me.

I ordered 3 of these goods and they took a week to arrive by which time I was away from home. When I got back I found they are very bulky and do not fit into the space behind any of my car rearview mirrors.
Luckstart c s have not bothered to reply to my email regarding returning the goods and obtaining a refund.
So far I definitely would not recommend dealing with this company but will keep you informed if there’s any change in their attitude and quality.

Ordered 2 items at a cost of £42.79 on the 10th August. Received a shipping update on the 12th. Had not received anything since and wrote on the 25th asking about items. Had no reply since and looks like I won’t hear from them. Same as many other people it seems. This site/company are thieves and scammers. DO NOT USE. You tube should do more to protect people!

Please do not buy anything from them they are scammers.i bough a nail clipper but never received it. Also They charge me 18 pounds But the same nail clipper on eBay cost only £5.99. Shame on them

Ordered item from this company, never arrived tracking order say's they never received it. Seems like they have form for this.

Tried emailing them, no reply.

Their email address does not exist now. I have tried it three times! There is no way I can contact them regarding an order I placed but yet to be delivered. Scammers.
