Tracy was and continues to be great at…
Tracy was and continues to be great at helping me with initially finding a mortgage and helping me with the re-mortgage upon the plan ending recently. During the initial mortgage search she was pro-actively looking out for the best deal she could find on my behalf through a number of different lender options, along with making sure I got the best rate this time around for re-mortgage, presenting me with my options and what she thought was best. She followed up throughout the plan to see how things were going and reached out when the plan was almost up to start the process of re-mortgage. Really happy with the service, will continue to use Firmitas for my mortgage needs as in my opinion it is well worth the money.

Firmitas at its best!!
Lisa and the team have resolved 3 mortgage applications for me and their attention to detail and timeliness has always impressed me. Nothing is too big or small and they are very thorough in their research and product knowledge. I would definitely recommend and will be using them again.
