I was originally a Luxe Emporium customer years ago and then started purchasing from a more well known jewellery brand instead. After realising the other brand doesn’t specify what materials they use (only the coating) I decided to look elsewhere and happened across this company again.

I placed two orders during their Black Friday promotion and have received my first one around two weeks later.

The jewellery is still really good quality as it’s high grade and is so sparkly. They do amazing promotions and offer warranty. Items come in a little dust bag too so you can help care for it by keeping it safe.

I love they have a print out ring sizer on their website too. This can help pick the right size ring and avoid having to exchange.

I have seen the negative reviews and if I hadn’t ordered previously they would likely deter me from ordering. I have had an issue once (years ago) and there was a delay with customer service but it was eventually resolved.

I think it’s important to note this is a small business with a small team so there is likely going to be a delay during times when they receive an influx of orders (Black Friday for example). I understand this is frustrating as a consumer but customer service are always very helpful and any delays can hopefully be reduced as the company expands.

Reviews written in capital letters or including a lot of exclamation points are usually by someone having an emotional outburst, I would take them with a pinch of salt (or sugar?).

The quality of the rings I purchased are unbelievable! The amount of compliments iv had and not to mention how affordable yet look SO expensive! Couldn’t recommend enough I will definitely be purchasing again and again!

The customer service from start to finish has been spectacular, the ring was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for better, fantastic company and I’d recommend them to everyone! The personalised touch on my order was simple but leaves a lasting effect, I will be back to purchase more very soon, keep up the great work ladies!

The only company I've ever come across that makes every order personal. I felt like "one of the girls" opening up my order. Beautiful jewellery. Wonderful customer journey through and through. All the best for the future girlie's!

I would like to say I was treated very well by this company I ordered a buy 1 get 1 free but did not notice it was to early I complained and a nice lady explained my mistake but gave me a free ring in good faith thank you Heather you are a credit to your company

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Luxeemporiumx, I have to say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The website is beautifully designed and easy to navigate, making it easy to browse through their wide variety of collections such as rings, necklaces and earrings. The quality of the jewellery is of a high standard, and the product image and detailed description is an exact representation of the jewellery.

The customer service was very impressive, luxe offer a prompt, friendly response, the shipping was fast and secure and my jewellery arrived in beautiful packaging.

Avoid this company. I ordered one of their Solitaire rings, unfortunately it didn’t fit so I requested to return. Initially I had a few helpful emails however after around 2 weeks from returning the item I still had no refund so I contacted them again. I was told refunds take 14 days from the day we receive your order and I saw that Royal Mail had posted it back 2 weeks prior to me sending my email and was way over the 2 week mark. I returned my order at the end of October and I have only just received a refund this morning ironically enough - as my last email that was sent last night included the fact that I would involve Trading Standards to take this further on my behalf if not refunded promptly as I felt like I was just going in circles reminding and asking for my refund. It should not have to take multiple attempts to remind a company to refund you and to get someone to even contact you back about this. I received no apology just a refund that was still the wrong amount! So I’m still having to pay this company £15 for no reason with no justification for that outstanding balance. Very unhappy with the service and would never order from here again. Save yourself the hassle and shop from another business

The customer service offered via Instagram was super helpful and informative and even though the ring I originally wanted wasn't avaliable there were able to arrange alternatives that I love

Be cautious when ordering from this company. I placed an order on 19th November and have not received any order number or email to say my order is being processed.
Payment has also been taken. How can a company be allowed to take payment and not provide an order number. I’m not holding out much hope here with the goods but I will get my money back through my bank. Last time I order anything with a company with no telephone number that’s for sure.

after this review and a email I had to send my details again and then I received a text message with my order.
Thankyou for that. My opinion is that I only got the text message because of the fuss I have made. As I have read other reviews about the lack of contact from this company maybe you should change the way you contact people with their orders.

Absolutely stunning jewellery at a great price, I took advantage of the free ring promotion worth £89.99 and was absolutely delighted with my purchases. I had a query (an oversight on my part) and dealt with Heather who was so helpful prompt and patient, it was entirely my fault but she was so understanding. A lovely little touch was the Christmas greeting card from the sisters which someone had taken the time to personalise with your name which I felt was so thoughtful and just added to what is already excellent customer service. I will definitely be using Luxe Emporium again and recommending them to family and friends. Thank you

Firstly I’m so fussy and have the highest standards and only really wear “luxury”
Jewellery that has been gifted to me (Cartier, van cleef). Hopefully this helps for context! I saw some pieces as I’d heard amazing things and I sent a dm as I wasn’t sure and had some questions . Honestly I was so surprised at how quickly they responded to me and the team were SO LOVELY. I ordered a few items and they were delivered sooner which was amazing. The quality and tiny noticeable details in their packaging are absolutely stunning. Even their packaging smelt gorgeous. I’ve never taken them off I love them that much, no tarnishing and every one asks me where I got it from! If you’re unsure you won’t regret it! Feels even nicer supporting a business of amazing girls who truly care about their products and customers 🥰
