No communication at all to say order was delayed and it still hasn’t been sent out. Was supposed to be a birthday present. Definitely won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Great Customer Service
I am always skeptical with trying out jewellery companies, would normally just pop into Hatton gardens.
But Luxsy jewels was recommended to me and by far the best customer service I have received in a while.
