This site is a scam
I ordered from this site, I waited a week for my order and still did not receive it. I didn’t get any confirmation email, and when I tried to log into my account, an email was meant to be sent so I can track my order. This site is a scam. And I will be reporting it. So the IP address can be tracked.

Very highly recommended, exceptional service.
I completely forgot I had an exchange issue from two years ago. Indeed, I had no idea I'd let such a ridiculous amount of time elapse. Most companies would have told me they had no responsibility for my problem.
Luxsy however, have replied to my recent email with kindness and unbelievable service, giving a voucher as well as looking into it (in an archive I'd assume!).
I cannot recommend this company too highly.

Excellent customer service
Really pleased with the quality of the bracelet I ordered. Unfortunately, the box had been damaged in transit but I cannot fault the customer service and the box was replaced immediately. Highly recommend.
