RA0004052259 Transaction was initiated on 31st Mar but till now the amount is not credited or rejected.
Multiple follow ups were done with Customer support team and they are not giving correct details or the issue is not resolved.
Its been 5 days since the transaction was initiated but no proper follow up were made by LYCAremit team to resolve the issue
