ibra is amazing! Fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable on the right product and size for me.
I contacted the team via email for advice regarding sizing and which bra would be best for me following surgery. I had capsulectomy and new inplants in woth the largest inplant being 400cc. I am measuring 32G. The team advised I should purchase a medium and gave me the style suggestions. I purchased the ibra in medium and OMG it is SO comfortable! I had been squeezed into a bra that was too small immediately after my surgery and cannot begin to describe how comfortable and supported I felt when putting the ibra on. I will definitely be purchasing more.
The website was incredibly easy to use. The team responded within 12 hours of my query, were very knowledgeable and gave me really good advice on what would be auitable for me and the sizing. I absolutley cannot reccomend this bra or macom enough

Unable to find right fit
Customer service is good, response rate excellent.
However, I was unable to find a garment that fit my body shape. As they are intimate items I was unable to return and therefore ended up spending unnecessary money

Excellent supportive post surgery bra
Excellent company. My comfort bra post surgery arrived within a couple of days of ordering. Having had breast implant exchange and uplift I have found this bra provides great support and is comfortable to wear throughout the day and at night whilst sleeping. This is my second bra from this company. I would highly recommend.

So happy with Macom, I ordered the wrong size and wanted to exchange but then also changed my mind on the style. I emailed my request to change and the lady to emailed me back was really helpful and they posted out my new items very quickly.

perfect after explantation surgery
The product is perfect after explantation surgery,i could wear it instead of compressive bandage(in this case i couldnt remove to take shower) so made all a bit easier. The only point can be improved is another one or two rows of hooks or clasps,to be able to close it tighter or more loose. It arrived om time,price reasonable acvording to quality.

Great garments, don't trust the pictures on the web site
I'm sure that the garment would have been fine, if it was what we wanted. We had trouble using the website as the as the style number we had been given was wrong (not Macom's fault). We used the pictures on the website to try and order the correct style but the pictures do not relate to the style at all it seems. We also ordered garments without shoulder closures, but received one that had shoulder closures. Fortunately when we had the right code we got the right thing and it was great.

I ordered a medium as that size was the one I was told to get. I had a breast augmentation and found the ultimate bra was so tight. Even a week after my surgery it’s still to tight. I can not return it. £49 for a bra I can’t wear.

I just want to say a big thank you to my amazing surgeon Paul and his incredible team for the successful operation and all the care throughout my journey. The suction procedure went really well, and I’m genuinely happy with the results so far.

Shipping expensive, poor quality
Shipping expensive, material is unpleasant on the skin, not nearly adjustable enough, not even close to supportive enough. I would be embarrassed, and was, because I was trying to find a good solution for my wife.
Unfortunately by the time I return the item we'll have spent the cost of the item on shipping.
