Shipping expensive, poor quality
Shipping expensive, material is unpleasant on the skin, not nearly adjustable enough, not even close to supportive enough. I would be embarrassed, and was, because I was trying to find a good solution for my wife.
Unfortunately by the time I return the item we'll have spent the cost of the item on shipping.

Compression bra is comfortable
Compression bra is comfortable. Quick delivery. Elastic at the bottom of the bra does roll up.

This can occasionally happen depending on body shape or height, particularly if the bra sits lower on the torso, at the middle of your abdomen. It may also happen if the size is slightly too small. If the garment is still comfortable, you can continue wearing it, but we understand how frustrating this can be during recovery.

Wrong colur
I ordered the clay colour abdominal binder so I had the same colour as the signature bra, it arrived this morning and it's black.
UPDATE: This was rectified very quickly, I now have the correct colour. The response was amazing, thank you very much.

Avoid this product dont be Naive!!
I was told how to measure and read the paperwork. And the hospital told me to buy these so.i ordered 3 bras size S as only 30 under bust. Ive worn only one which is super uncomfortable and rolls up .and the shoulder straps keep loosening off.. So I now have 2 brand new post surgery bras that i can't use .il be off to m and s for sure which is where I should have gone in the 1st place

We are very sorry the bras didn't work for you. We only ask to measure if you don't know your size. If you are used to wearing certain bra size we often suggest to keep the same, i.e. if you wear 34 then you will be 34 in the macom bras too.

Very poor customer service, poor products
Very poor customer service, would not recommend the products either. I was recommended this brand by my surgeon before having breast reduction surgery. I ordered 3 in total, including 2 different sizes. I reached out to this company twice to check sizing as both bras were rolling up pre surgery so I wanted advice on sizing. I received no response either time. My surgery date was approaching so I kept both sizes. Since the surgery I have been in so much discomfort I have had to stop wearing the bras and change to another brand. If you carry any kind of weight around your stomach area (I am size UK 14-16 and 5’9 for reference), I wouldn’t recommend the signature bras, they constantly roll up and have been sitting on my incisions causing pain. I have again reached out to the company but don’t expect a response, I would expect better for the price point of these bras and the recommendations they have from surgeons.

Cost over $100 to return
If I could give a zero, I would. Do not buy anything from this company. You cannot return anything. It will cost over $100 to return one small item from the US and they will not provide a postage paid label.

Terrible Customer Service
I was recommended by the hospital to purchase this brand, for post surgery recovery. I bought two and they fitted well, and were very comfortable. However the fastenings keep coming open, on one of them especially.
I contacted Customer Service about this, expecting perhaps that they might offer to replace or refund, and was astonished to be told to bash the fasteners against a wall!
Terrible Customer Service, it’s not a cheap product, and it’s disappointing that these products are recommended by medical professionals. I wish I had read some of the negative reviews before purchasing.

In cases where customers experience issues with eye-hook fastenings, we usually recommend a quick fix by gently pressing them down with a sturdy object to enhance their grip, since not everyone has pliers on hand. This often resolves the issue instantly for a more secure and comfortable fit.
That said, we apologise if that wasn’t up to the highest standard. Our goal is to help customers fix the issue quickly rather than waiting days for a replacement or having to spend more on another garment. Macom explant bra was useless
Macom explant bra was useless. The fasteners did not stay closed. Very difficult to put on. Sizing recommended on Macom website were completely off. I never wore it more than 1 minute. Thank goodness I had purchased other options.
