Madpaints Avis

Good quick service and delivery. Excellent communication and great products to chose from depending on your needs. Easy to use and the colour was a great match. Will use again and would recommend.
Thanks
Vito

It’s been more than week and no reply to email and no paint delivery . Terrible customer service!

Terrible company.
Will take your money then decide they can’t mix your paint and refuse to give a refund.
Avoid like the plague unless you want to be messed around for months on end.

Ordered a spray paint and lacquer and it never came. After I asked them that I still waiting for them to come they stoped communication. Will not buy anything from them again and I do not recommend this company to anyone. No product no refund no communication, absolutely rubbish!!!

Further to my previous review when my paint hadn't arrived after six weeks, today I received the paint. I feel that deserves better than one star. It seems they use Royal Mail to deliver, which is a poor strategy if they want to build their reputation. The paint kit looks good and the colour seems right, so I thank them for that. I hope they can sort out their internal systems. I wish them well for the future.

Really good paint match on my eight year old car, well priced and dispatched quickly,I would definitely use Mad Paints again,Ps.Primer and lacquer recommend.

perfect match and quick to respond

Similar to other reviewers.
The paint seems a poor quality, and does not cover well, thin and lacking in depth. Also doubtful about good colour match.
Looks like I will have to strip back and respray with another suppliers paint.
Such a disappointment and waste of time.

I bought a tube of touch up paint. It proved a perfect match and has done the small job it was needed for perfectly. Delivery of the item was prompt, and help given much appreciated. I am happy to recommend this company.

Stone ship on 2nd day of new car. Unique colour and 1st touch up pen sent was not a good match. They then sent me a couple of colour swatches and ended up with a perfect match from a colour the company had used back in 2003.
Excellent service and very helpful on the phone.

Good service with a perfect colour match. Perfect.

What they call express delivery takes far too long. Almost a full working week. Ridiculous. Better companies out there. MP67043

I ordered the touch up paint on the Monday and received it the following Monday. It’s a perfect match and I’m very pleased with the service from Madpaints.

The paint was a perfect match and it was delivered very quick ..
So easy to order

I put my registration in and paid for the paint. Next day I received an email saying that they was unable to receive any information from the registration so needed the VIN number, so I sent a photo of it. Kept telling me they couldn't find anything so told me to look elsewhere. Everything was the same as I stated in the email so they just said they would give me a refund. What a waste of time

Really easy to apply and a great match
I recently used the Colour Matched Touch Up Bottle with Brush (30ml) and was really impressed with the results. The paint match was spot-on, blending seamlessly with the original finish so you can’t tell where the repair was done. The built-in brush makes application easy and precise, even for small chips and scratches, and the 30ml size is more than enough for multiple touch-ups. The paint dried evenly without streaks, and the finish looks as good as new. Perfect for keeping your vehicle looking pristine without the need for an expensive trip to a body shop. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a simple, professional-looking repair at home.

My order came promptly and I am really pleased with match on my 911 paintwork.

Ordered paint on website using vehicle reg….received 3 days later…perfect match…very quick drying…very happy with result…highly recommend and will order from them again when required.

I've purchased many different colours to maintain a fleet, all excellent apart from one that was slightly out, however the team were super attentive and happy to resolve, I use the paint pens which also have a brush so the best of both worlds

The colour match was excellent! The original paintwork is on a 1991 VW Golf. I was particularly impressed by the spray nozzle. Just awaiting the paint to harden prior to 'cutting in'.
