Terrible company says easy returns but won’t let you return for refund at all just offer 50% refund don’t answer questions properly and the sizing is shocking do not trust scam

The item was not as described, I emailed to request returns info to be told I could £10 for another item but NO return! Sure this is illegal when the item is not as described. Do not buy from this company!

What made experience a good one because I followed you measuring advice. I didn't just use my usual size. Your sizing worked well. The magic pants are quite pretty and do there work as promised to not roll down.

Very happy with quality of product, and speed of assistance.
The only thing I have found is I don't seem to have measured quite right and found I needed a smaller size-assistance was excellent throughout.

Very disappointed with the tiny knickers that turned up today. Flimsy and far too small for the size large that I bought. They definitely don’t do the job of compressing in the stomach, they just roll down. They are so tight it is painful and I am a size 10-12. A large should be fine.

It’s a con company that provides things that aren’t fit for purpose. Also took ages to arrive from China.

Don’t buy. It’s just tat.

Really wished id read reviews on here before I ordered Magicshaper UK what a joke the item came from China, would never have ordered if Id have known. Only realised when I went on tracking, too late to cancel (I orderded Spanx from Amazon they were as described and perfect). The item arrived after 2 weeks, could not believe what my item was, the material was thick ribbed and it was a thong not even knickers with boning in the sides !!. Absolutely hideous more like a surgical compression garment . Totally unwearable. No point in trying for a refund if you have to send them back to sodding China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I want to cancel my order after reading these reviews and I don’t see no refund polices shipping takes so long they tricked me about magic shaper is in the uk and it’s not

I really wish I had come on here and read the reviews before I stupidly ordered from here. I now have two miracle suits that don’t fit me in length and customer services have been avoiding my emails saying they are very busy (not surprisingly I would expect with complaints). They advised me that their UK returns address is experiencing technical difficulties and therefore all returns are being processed in Asia! And as a goodwill gesture they will refund me less £10 per item ! So it’s basically going to cost me £20 to return the goods. At no point on their website does it advise of a charge. Other reviews below suggest I am not alone and the company is basically scamming every customer the same way.
Please do not order from here, they are a complete con and are robbing customers of money. You won’t get a full refund at all, so do not even risk it. Don’t be a fool like I have been!

TRIED TO RETURN BUT YOU PAY RETURN POSTAGE TO GO KNOWS WHEREVER, ON THE EMAIL IT SAYS UK, THEY ARE NOT IN THE UK. SO MISLEADING! SO THEY OFFER TO REFUND YOU MINUS THE £10 POSTAGE! WHAT A CON. SO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A DECENT PRODUCT OFF A COMPANY BASED LIGIT IN THE UK, WHERE YOU ARE ABLE TO GET A REFUND IF IT DOESNT FIT.

Return address is in China! Not as the website says the nearest dispatch centre. Customer service seems to be AI, doesn’t solve the issue and just repeats the same thing. Avoid at all costs!

The sizing on the website is whack; what I received was humongous. Clearly not fit for purpose as "shape-wear".

Opted for the 50% refund as returning to "unspecified country of origin", (destination clearly not stated or advertised), for exchange or refund, would've cost me more in the long-term.

Not worth it.

This store gets two stars for not messing me about for a large sum and just responding via email, but that's about it.

However--

Buyer beware (in general): keep away from "suggested" ads; don't entertain them. Not even once.

I was informed about my parcel all the way till I received it. All was on time.

I am a size 6 and I couldn't even get the medium over my small thighs. The medium is more like an extra small. Want to return, but I will have to pay shipping to China and their return policy is not straight forward. I wish I had read reviews, because they are a ripoff.

The design is great and reasonable pricing. The shipping took longer than expected (perhaps I didnt check ? ) and the item is slightly bit on a smaller side. Was unable to try on in time I guess I ran out of time but I will make a use of it for sure . Did not have to reach out for customer service so cant comment on that . In overall I reccomend buying from here
