i’m shattered and very annoyed with their lies , when u bought my product on 24tt dec 2023 i was told it’s 100% money back guarantee and service was excellent as soon as i went to buy 2/3 members came to serve me , today when i went to sell it they can’t find my product at all on their system at first i had to play musical chairs first women asked me if i bought it from India when i showed her the warranty card then upstairs guy was too busy with 1 customer told me to wait i have waited 45 minutes then he disappeared again downstairs then upon complaining he came and started training people how to find item and refusing that they can’t find my phone number or name ? i was so angry that what kind of lie is that ? i have even showed them the pictures on the day and time i bought it they kept saying can’t be found on system may be system not fetching info and kept telling me i gave them wrong phone number i was very annoyed and i left , when you go to malabar they are very nice when they see u wanna buy product but when u want to sell their product they refusing saying can’t be found under my name ,

My experience has been great with Vrushali at Vashi branch
My experience with Malabar has been good because of Ms. Vrushali from Vashi branch who is great at customer handling and has guided us through several options. Please bring her back to Vashi branch, she should not be shifted. We have been buying gold from Vashi only because of Vrushali.
