I thought the service i received was first class from putting in to withdraw money it only took one week to receive my cash that was really quick

ZERO STARS
If I could do zero I would - I have been trying to transfer my pension for nearly 2 months - they have made it difficult at every turn - I've supplied information, emails, messages. None of these things they need legally as I have had no such problems with other companies. AVOID at all costs - impossible to work with.
