Ok price but still not received a written paper copy of new insurance cover for this year
Good that they remind you when you need to renew, also price is ok only thing that I asked for was a cope of my insurance to be sent to me in large print but I haven't received it still till now.

The lady we spoke to was excellent
The lady we spoke to was excellent, explained everything sometimes more than once. As to price we were surprised, with car insurance you get a no claims bonus, we haven’t claimed at all.
