New policy
I found the staff on the phone very helpful & explained very clearly what the policy included/ did not include. They phoned me to tell me that the cover from the purchase was about to expire & then phoned me to cover my mobility scooter as arranged.

So helpful through my confusion
I needed insurance for my static caravan and found this company very helpful. It was the first time I had done this and was very pleased with the staffs attitude, helpfulness and knowledge. They talked me through what I needed so that I ended up with the correct cover for my caravan which left me feeling secure. I highly recommend Mark Bates.
