Call answered promptly, I was put through to where I needed to be, my questions were answered well, so I had the information I needed, and the insurance document was emailed to me very quickly after the call ended.

I didn't arrange the insurance. The Mobility company I bought the Scooter from did. I think it's the company they used. However, By the time the insurance was due to start. Everything was put in place for me and they kept me up to date with everything
