Great customer service!
Matrix menswear were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The item I ordered was a last minute birthday gift, I explained this to them, they dispatched immediately 1st class. Unfortunately the item didn’t suit my partner so I returned it, they processed the refund right away.

Very good experience with Matrix Menswear. Great prices to start with, very quick delivery. The items didn't fit unfortunately, but the returns process was very easy, and they contacted me promptly when they received the items back which I thought was a nice touch. They then processed my refund straight away after given me the option of the refund or an exchange of item. Will 100% use them again.

I was apprehensive ordering as not heard of company before. My son had seen a t-shirt in an expensive department store for £240, loved it, but too expensive. Found on this site for £110!! Ordered and so happy. Absolutely legitimate site. Quick delivery. Amazing. Would 💯 purchase on here again.

Outstanding service and customer service, bought 2 items as unsure of sizes, sadly sent 1 back to wrong address which owner went above and beyond and got sent to correct returns address, kept in the loop throughout and updated could not have asked for more, will defo be using again you can trust this lot 💪
