I ordered a last minute present for my son but unfortunately hadn't realised the cut off point was the day before, i emailed asking if i would receive it in time for christmad which is when they let me know the cut off point for christmas was the day before.
They offered to send it out the same day special delivery so that i'd receive it today! Received it earlier right in time for christmas! Great experience thankyou!!

I have to admit I was sceptical ordering from this site as it appears to be an independent and 'less established' designer retailer. However, they had an item in stock for a really good price so I took a chance and ordered from the site. Royal Mail Express delivery was provided AS STANDARD FOR NO EXTRA COST. I emailed the company's instagram page asking for an update on dispatch and they replied in a really friendly and professional way.

The morning after the day of ordering, the item has been delivered. Within the postage bag is a MATRIX MENSWEAR branded sleeve with a Thank you Card and an order summary, which is a nice touch.

The item was also further packaged in its original branded packaging with tags still attached, passing quality and authenticity checks.

For an 'independant' designer brand, they have managed to provide an excellent service which they have delivered even better than some of the established designer retailers.

Cannot recommend enough, will 100% order from this website again.

T shirt ordered £465 in the original store and came across MatrixMenswear at £275 which was a massive difference. Came within one day of ordering.
