Ich nutze Jamie im BWL-Studium für Vorlesungen, Gruppenarbeiten und Meetings in unseren Studentenclubs. Egal ob die Vorlesung auf Deutsch oder Englisch ist, die Transkripte sind sehr genau und erkennen auch Fachbegriffe zuverlässig. Die Zusammenfassungen sind kurz und auf den Punkt, sodass ich direkt weiß, was wichtig war. Spart mir jede Woche einiges an Zeit, kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!

Neat and seamless implementation of meetings recorder with connectors to Claude helps me interconnect my work across the live meetings, emails and distill the necessary next steps and agreements into tasks. It really helps to preserve rich context and strengthens the alignment of the company members with the scope of work and importance of individual decisions.

Works great and customer service is excellent: when I e-mail them, they answer super fast and solve the issue (when possible).

Perfect transcript job even in noisy surroundings and multiple voices and accent

Jamie is changing the way I work. I can focus on what really matters, instead of stressing about capturing everything in situation where I am alone and don't have support for notes. I am so much more effective and I can't imagine not using it anymore on a daily basis. The Team behind Jamie is amazing and always pragmatic and helpful.

Super easy surface-level user interface with great options to go more in depth and great connectors to other apps/services.
What impressed me especially was the people detection between different meetings and the transcription quality even with strong accents and mediocre microphone quality.
Other important aspects, such as meeting detection, ease of use on other devices (Mac and iPhone in my case), quickness of the transcription and overall customer service experience were excellent.
I can only recommend trying Jamie!

Excellent product and outstanding customer support

I've been using Jamie for over a year, and recently decided to upgrade to the annual Plus plan because I needed longer meeting recordings.

Before subscribing, I contacted the support team to ask whether an additional discount might be available. Noah replied incredibly quickly.

What impressed me most wasn't the discount itself, but the professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help. The entire experience was smooth, personal, and genuinely refreshing.

It's one thing to build a great product, but it's another to make customers feel heard and valued. Jamie does both.

I'm now even more confident in my decision to continue using Jamie, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable AI meeting note-taker backed by a team that truly cares about its customers.

I would give Jamie a 5/5 on nearly everything but to ensure accuracy, I'm breaking my review into sections:

User Experience: 5/5 - Jamie is intuitive to use, captures accurate transcriptions, provides summaries that are a great depth without any intervention or guidance (not too long, not to short) and it has one of the best AI tools I've found for summarizing meeting notes, asking targeted questions, or seeking further analysis of meeting content.

Privacy: 5/5 - Jamie follows some of the most stringent guidelines (GDPR) for privacy and data transparency. This was a big part of the reason we chose to work with them in the first place.

Data Retention: 4/5 - I have recorded close to 100 meetings with Jamie so far and had problems with about 5 of them. In these cases, the meeting didn't immediately populate and I had to follow up with Jamie's customer service to retrieve the data. In nearly every case they were able to recover the data and repopulate the meeting content in less than 24 hours. In one case the transcript from the meeting was completely lost despite good faith efforts on their part to retrieve it. This is obviously rare, but worth noting

Customer service: 5/5 - I have had numerous interactions with Jamie to discuss seat licenses, lost data, technical questions, and other minor issues. In each case, their response has been thoughtful, quick, and comprehensive. They have always had a great customer service mindset and are clearly interested in ensuring I have a great experience. I also always feel like I am talking to a real person, so either they have incredible AI support, or I owe the team a big thank you for their continued support.

Ich nutze Jamie AI inzwischen regelmäßig und bin sehr zufrieden. Besonders gut gefällt mir die strukturierte Aufbereitung der Meetings. Die Zusammenfassungen sind übersichtlich, klar gegliedert und helfen dabei, Entscheidungen, Aufgaben und wichtige Punkte schnell wiederzufinden.

Sehr positiv hervorheben möchte ich außerdem den Kundenservice. Bei einem Problem wurde mir ausgesprochen schnell, unkompliziert und vor allem lösungsorientiert geholfen. Genau so wünscht man sich Support.

Für mich ist Jamie ein wirklich hilfreiches Tool im Arbeitsalltag und definitiv eine Empfehlung wert.

Jamie has been a game changer. I've tested a lot of similar platforms and this one outshines the rest. Especially because I work in two languages for my job and this tool works seamlessly with both! They are continually rolling out new features and customer service is lovely!

Great tool with very high transcription accuracy and high usability across different devices. I used Jamie on my phone and it was very easy. I also appreciated the complete absence of intrusive bots during calls.

Jamie does a great job. It offers to "Join meeting and start Jamie," which makes it very convenient. The summaries it produces are quite accurate and allows for easy mapping of participants that aren't automatically recognized.

Customer service has been excellent. They've been very responsive and handled some account changes I needed very quickly.

I also appreciate that the data is stored in the EU, satisfying GDPR requirements.

I’ve used Jaime in more than 50 meetings for the committees in my association. It does a much better job than our secretaries have been able to. In some cases we’ve been able to work without a secretary and in others the secretary prepares minutes with the help of the app. I use the summary part of the program to prepare my meeting reports. At this point I don’t know what we would do without it.

I used to leave meetings wondering whether I’d missed something important while trying to take notes. Jamie takes that pressure off. I can focus on the conversation, then come back to a clear summary, transcript, and action items afterward.

What I appreciate most is how unobtrusive it feels. There’s no bot joining the call, and it works for in-person meetings too. When I need to track down a detail later, Ask AI saves me from digging through pages of notes. Jamie feels like one of those tools that quietly makes your workday better.

I’ve been using Jamie for my meetings and it’s been really helpful. It’s easy to use, the summaries are clear and accurate, and it saves me a lot of time when I need to go back and check what was discussed.

The customer service has been excellent as well. Very quick to respond, friendly and always helpful whenever I had a question.

Very useful Application. I attend meetings jn German all weeks and it’s the best option to transcribe the meeting and have a good overview of what’s been happening
