I did a bit of research before choosing Jamie and haven't been disappointed.
I've needed the first level of paid subscription but suspect I will need to upgrade to the higher level soon as I use this for work and will certainly exceed the 20 meetings a month.
It's been incredibly simple to use, really accurate and I haven't even started to feed it anything yet in terms of names of speakers.
I've also had really speedy and friendly support from their customer service team.
Highly recommend if you need a reliable AI note-taker that can't be seen in meetings and good support from the developers.

The Jamie service is reliable, fits perfectly to purpose, and doesn't have bloat or spread in its footprint.

The AI chat feature is useful and siloes information very well.

Their customer service and support teams are incredibly fast and responsive.

Jamie's security protocols go above and beyond those necessary in the US.

Every member of our team who uses it raves about how it instantly improved their productivity. Personally, I estimate 3-4 hours of work in note-taking and sharing saved at minimum.

I have tried +20 different meeting note takes, and Jamie rocks them all. EU data location is a must + Jamie doesn't attend to the meeting as a user which is nice.

I love the Jamie experience. My meetings became significantly more efficient and provides a single data source for all my notes that I can access easily and work with through the „ask Jamie“ function. Customer support is quick and every employee I connected with was friendly, solution-oriented and supportive. Can highly recommend it!

I evaluated and tried out several AI note taker Apps, but Jamie is by far exeeding the performance with regards to easy handling, transcript accuracy in several languages (I use English and German) and summaries are on point. A big plus is it runs in the background and does not show up as meeting participant. For me it is a tool I don`t want to miss anymore in my daily business.

Easy to set up and use and most important: no compatibility issues - what more do I want of an AI note taker to make my day-to-day easier ;)

I started using Jamie from the very beginning and always loved that is can recognize who talked even in offline meetings. Since then, I can focus on the meeting and not on taking notes and creating tasks. Customer support is very good and answers quickly! I love the new design of the big update. Jamie has become my go-to AI notetaker, and honestly, it’s the best one I’ve used so far.
What I appreciate most is that there’s no bot joining the meeting. I can use Jamie for online meetings, but also for in-person meetings on desktop or mobile, which makes it much more flexible than most other tools I’ve tried.
We sometimes switch between languages during a meeting, and Jamie handles that surprisingly well. The transcription is consistently accurate, and its speaker recognition is excellent. It usually gets right who said what, which makes a huge difference when reviewing a meeting later.
The summaries are also genuinely useful. They capture the important points and action items so well that I usually only make very small edits.
Most importantly, I can focus on the conversation instead of constantly taking notes. It easily saves me hours of work.
Reliable, unobtrusive and genuinely useful. Highly recommended. :)

Tried many different tools but Jamie simply offers the best package … we work in construction having meetings with more than 20 attendees. Every detail counts and we require custom templates. Jamie delivers spot on as it’s available online and offline, no bot and GDPR compliant. Fair prices for this high end productivity game changer

I tested 4 different tools and thought the price is too steep but Jamie is far superior in terms of quality and hence definitely worth the price. While I needed to edit the summary with other tools the templates make that step obsolete. Def worth trying out!!

What really won me over: before every follow-up meeting, I can go back and read exactly what was discussed last time. Who committed to what, which requirements were mentioned, where there were concerns. When weeks pass between two meetings, that's worth gold.

In day-to-day work, it means I can be present in the conversation instead of taking notes. The summaries are good enough that I can forward them to my team almost as they are. It even handles meetings that switch between German and English surprisingly well.
