Jamie has quietly become the tool I rely on most. The summaries are accurate enough that I barely edit them, and it correctly attributes who said what, which is the part most tools get wrong. I go into follow-ups with clear action items instead of digging through my own scribbles. Easily saves me a few hours a week.

I use it on a daily basis both for online and IRL meetings. I love it that there is no bot joining the calls and transcription accuracy is great unlike other tools. Their search feature is also life saver because it always me to summarize the key points after every meeting.

I came across Jamie through Jamie (my coach), so it was a very useful tools that I have been using a lot since it save me a lot of time that I would normally trying to take notes and not able to concentrate fully.

Another excellent features is when I had meeting with non-english speaking business partners, a few of them understand each other but I am the only one that can understand 40-50% of the meeting, it allow me to use Jamie AI and then did a summary and review after the meeting. What a life saver.

As a private equity fund management firm, we have been impressed with Jamie's functionality. We need a note taker for different types of meetings, and Jamie has been ahead of peers on accuracy, privacy requirements and connecting with other tools such as CRM, project management, AI.

I've been using Jamie for months now and it's been a lifesaver for me - especially as someone with ADHD. I have a lot of technical meetings for work and I can go back and use the Chat function to ask questions and it will pull answers from my meetings.

Really helpful product agnostic of meeting software. Customer Service was also very helpful and speedy. A rarity these days!

Jaime AI has been such a game changer as I am at a new work from home job with a ton of meetings booked with a lot of information. I used to spend hours writing notes just to not understand anything and I’ve used other notetaker in the past and they weren’t as comprehensive/made up some things.Jaime AI solved everything like that for me. I read about it on a random Reddit post with some people raving about it and here. I am a week later and it seriously has saved me so much time I can now screen everything scan everything and spend more time doing what I need to do instead of spending more time on Notes.

I normally take notes during partnership calls and make sure to retain the meaning and intent of the conversation, not just verbatim. Essentially, I try to answer what was the essence of the conversation and why are we meeting in the first place. Jamie does an excellent job of accomplishing this where, while it does NOT replace my individual notetaking, it enhances my understanding of the conversation. It will capture things spoken "in between the lines" that helps me get a useful perspective, almost like a reliable second opinion on the conversation. It has become so useful that it is now standard practice for us to share the executive summaries with the attendees after the call.

After a call, I will normally take 5-10 minutes carefully reading through the summary and making minor adjustments. Jamie automatically prunes out information that is not pertinent to the meeting (such as small talk throughout the call), sometimes it will retain personal information during the call, but it strategically chooses things to keep based on their value added (for example, a client shares their anniversary is coming up so Jamie makes a helpful note on it, which is helpful to me so I may remember to reach out and congratulate them!).

Overall, I highly recommend using Jamie and they are very generous with their free plan. I upgraded primarily because we often have long meetings and the value justified the cost.

I use Jamie for my music production classes to record my teacher and me so I can follow along easily. During our 60-minute sessions on Ableton's technical details, Jamie acts as a safety net, letting me access all our discussions even weeks down the line.

The combination of the weak product and premium pricing is the issue here. €25 gets you 20 meetings a month (<1 per working day) which is a really tight limit for this sort of package, you need to go to €47 to get unlimited - and it's not worth ~€500 a year.
I might just about buy that if it was an incredible product... but it's not. It transcribed in US English when I have always set it on UK English, and it's just totally failed to record vital meetings too. I get a nice but generic response to support tickets, but I feel these guys are out of their depth on both commercials and product, and there are better alternatives out there.

Response to the reply - I cancelled the subscription a while back, so don't worry. I raised both issues at the time with support... I got a response on the UK English ("sorry, these things shouldn't happen but do"), no response to the lost meeting notes. I did eventually get that resolved after I cancelled my subscription, but it shouldn't have taken that.
I've tried other AI subscription apps since (e.g. TLDV, Whisper) and I don't think my opinion has changed much, although Jamie probably has the best UI and usability, I'll give them that.

When it works its amazing. But it doesn't always work. Plus during an upgrade I lost an entire meeting as it upgraded whilst the meeting was processing and then lost it.

If you have a larger meeting with say 7 or 8 people, it often fails to pick up the complete number of people and an entire participant can be left out of minutes as a result. With Teams it knows who is meeting and who is talking.

I think this is what AI is like, you think it's all singning and dancing. But its not quite there and the errors are so large as to make it unuseable a lot of the time.

When it works, it's great, summarises meetings well and turns the recording around very quickly. It does have glitches though - some recordings don't always work and it just gets stuck trying to 'process' the recording. So don't rely on it for an important meeting as you may be dissapointed
