I haven't received the item
I haven't received the item, even though I ordered it a number of weeks ago.
I've had no communication other than to say it shipped on Tuesday.
Very poor at keeping customers informed.

High seat bidet toilet seems good but…
High seat bidet toilet seems good but won't really know until plumber arrives in a few weeks to fit it.
Delivery (which we paid £35 for) was a bit awkward as we have a gravel drive and the delivery man said his trolley wouldn't wheel on gravel with heavy loads. It was not an option to leave the pallet on the pavement of our busy main road until my husband got home as it could have got damaged or stolen as well as blocking the entire footpath. So after much debating, he attempted to wheel it and it was ok. Once on the drive I cut the ties and found I could carry the toilet into the house, which raises the question as to why it was even delivered on a large heavy pallet that we now have to dispose of?

Hi, hope you are well. Sorry to hear that delivery had some issues. The delivery charge is standard and you're never charged anything unreasonable.
The reason for sending items on a pallet and why the service is used is because Pallets are used for heavy items, large items or a collection of goods that are being shipped together. They also support the weight of the item(s) that are being sent then placed in to an appropriate shipping vehicle to get your goods to their destination securely.

Sorry to hear the delivery took longer than expected. sometimes couriers end up having issues either misplacing parcels or losing them etc. But we will definitely improve on this to provide quicker deliveries. Thank you for your feedback

I am very impressed with the service I received from Mega Bathrooms. They were efficient on the Telephone, calling me back within a matter of minutes when I had a problem with my payment card. When they realised that I needed delivery urgently they were hugely helpful in getting the two WC's to my site the very next day. Bill with whom I spoke on the phone, actually delivered the items and spoke with the plumber to ensure he knew how to complete the installation. Bill and his colleagues were polite, efficient, and did more than they promised. I will certainly use Mega Bathrooms again and encourage any reader to do the same. We need more suppliers like Mega Bathrooms.
