Easy transaction and though item had a defect everything was sorted quickly and without fuss

Delivery was a troubling experience. There was no tracking or other info. The first attempt did not succed as the driver claimed the road was restricted. The second attempt we found out at the end of the day that the delivery was not on the truck at all. Finally when it did arrive, on the third attempt, the packages were left at the roadside as the driver would not put them in the garden despite the recipient's clear disability. This is disappointing customer service.

Good website and order dispatched quite promptly. The reason I don’t give five stars is that There was no delivery tracking, and, when I telephoned with a query about expected delivery, I spoke to a gentleman who said I needed to speak to “him” on the other line, would not take any details, and promised me a call back which never came. If you offer a phone number for queries, you should be able to take and respond to calls!

Didn't get any information about the other items I needed for the installation

I was so happy with the customer service when I bought a thermostatic valve for a combined bidet toilet. I needed this item urgently and it was dispatched immediately and received the next day as promised.

Ordered a tower unit.They claimed it was shipped but they sent it to the wrong address and then kept fobbing us off with excuses.Still waiting for a refund.They owe us £144.Don't expect we'll get it..Avoid them like the plague!!!!

Ordered a toilet. Order confirmation said the item wasn't in stock. Called immediately to cancel as I wanted it the next couple of days. . The person who answered seemed to be a family member not involved in the business said he would all me back immediately. He didn't, so I emailed cancellation next morning. Despite this, they still attempted a delivery about 4 or 5 days later, which was refused. Eventually I received an email acknowledging order cancellation, but no refund which I had asked for, which means I have had to contact my credit card company to deal with.

No after sales service. We’ve bought a shower from mega bathrooms around November last year (advertised as life time guaranty), unfortunately after 3 months, the shower head intermittently leaks in the middle of the night with the taps off. We’ve contacted them using their website online form as well as email since February, but there were no response. We’ve also tried ringing, but no answer on the phone. Upon posting on Facebook, we’ve got a reply in a week and they promised to send replacement part by first class post, but now it’s over a week we have still not receive the replacement part. Plus no reply to messages.

Good prices, interesting stock (like wc/ bidets), great communications, friendly staff, prompt delivery and ordering when 'on back order'.

I made on line enqiries regarding supplying to the Republic of Ireland, and Mega Bathrooms were very helpful. Payment was via PayPal, secure and very simple. The representative who dealt with me was very helpful and every aspect of the process was trouble free. I would highly recommend this company.

The toilet I bought was fine except all the instructions for fitting were in Turkish.
It would have been helpful to know that a thermostat was essential .

Great price for combi bidet toilet and excellent customer service but they don’t offer fast delivery. Products arrive safe and well packed.

I purchased 2 bidet toilets from megabathrooms and dealt with Mr Luca who was very helpful as I wasn't sure about few things regarding how the bidet works. I would definitely shop through megabathrooms again and would recommend them to everyone else.

Never had a soft close seat on a toilet before, but it makes it much better when the kids use the loo in the middle of the night. No more jumping looking around for an intruder when you have only been woken up by a smashing down the toilet seat. The plumber said toilet was good quality, easy to install.
